I just picked up my ckcs puppy 2 days ago! She is also Blenheim and an absolute sweetheart 💕 she is 10 weeks old today and only weighs 2.3 lbs 🥰 super tiny

Congratulations!! I was like a kid the night before I got Slater. I couldn’t sleep because I was so excited!
This was a very helpful video but I’m not bringing most of the stuff because it’s only a 40 minute drive and for my first dog it was a 6 hour drive and he just went in the box we brought so keep in mind not everything is needed!
I’m not necessarily saying to bring “everything” I’m just giving people ideas of what they “could” bring.
Ik I’m just saying it was a very helpful list tho!
I am driving a 16ish hour round trip to get my lab pup. This will be fun.
It’s gonna be soo worth it! Surprisingly the drive back when you have your puppy goes quick because you’re in awe :)

Going to pick up my cavalier King Charles spaniel this Saturday!! He’s already 13 weeks I was wondering if anybody knew if he would fit a medium or small harness? Maybe in the puppia kind .
A small harness was perfect for our 13 week our pup but he grew into the medium one quickly
I thought 5 hour return trip is going to be long drive but its 2months away if it doesn't fall through
Where do you find breeders? And how do you know they are trustworthy?

Im trying to convince my parents to get me a dog but they dont want one
I couldn't get one when I was younger too. I had to wait until I was grown but its worth the wait because its a full commitment.

You can get one when you're an adult :) Its worth the wait trust me.
It’s totally unnecessary to bring a travel bag or car seat for your new puppy as long as you have a proper crate that has the hook on top to connect a car seat belt. It is totally secure. It’s how we always transport our dog(s).
I wouldn’t say “totally unnecessary” but it’s just an idea. Everyone transports their doggies differently :)
