Cartman's optometrist is FAR AND AWAY my favorite minor character in all of South Park. You missed a part where he puts Cartman under with gas for LASIK. Of course Cartman is fussing and cussing but as soon as he goes under, the doc turns to his nurses and says, "Boy, I bet his mom wishes she could do that."
There was actually a case about someone who ate their loved one's ashes to talk to their loved one. While the bone was definitely NOT good for the body, it isn't lethal but can make you really sick- especially if the cremation is done in such a way to leave heavy metals. As to the case- it wasn't the ashes. In fact their home had a type of mold that was causing the major health issues. Still doesn't mean you should eat the ashes lol
I actually had a GP kinda like that optometrist in the last clip. I specifically remember this one time I walked in (I had insanely bad anxiety to the point where even approaching my front door caused me to break down) and the first thing he said was "oh, looks like someone got bigger". Hed constantly make remarks and comments about my weight and nose. Luckily after moving I found an amazing GP that I've been with now for over a decade.
For clarification it wasn’t really bullying, it was revenge. The boys framed a kid in Kindergarten and got him sent to jail for 4 years so after he got out he wanted to get his revenge and also ended up beating up the 5th graders that the boys hired to protect them.
Its like me murdering someone and then trying to correcting the police when they arrest me. " It technically wasn't murder, it was revenge" Actually it technically was murder
I love your channel a lot! I was actually bullied emotionally quite a bit in junior high and high school. And my high school principal actually put a stop to that. Because one of my bullies was a guy and he kept touching me inappropriately toward the end. I told my principal what was going on and he told me if he did it again to immediatly come straight to him, even if i was in the middle of class. A week later, he started up again and i did what my principal said. I went to him, i was crying and he sent me to get my things out of class and go to the library to calm down. After lunch, I found out my bully got suspended for two weeks. After that, he never bullied me again, aside from dirty looks. I encourage everyone to talk to their principal or even above him to the school district superintendant about their bully. It really helps. By the way, Doctor ER, you should do injuries from the Final Destination series. I think it'd be fun.
I was bullied a lot as a kid as well. I went to the principal and they said he would be gone for a while. This was a Friday, and he was back on Tuesday... and it made his bullying so much worse because he knew I ratted him out. Eventually I got sick of it, and pushed him away, and we both got suspended for 3 days for "fighting". Some schools are great at handling bullying. Other schools, not so much.
@@mattthegizmo that's cause it's not the school's place to handle bullying irl when someone's an asshole to you you either do something or deal with it win or lose like you did. It's really just glorified daycare but school is supposed to teach kids how to survive in the real world and it sucks that as a society we are losing the ability to just stand up for ourselves unless it's online with a thousand people waiting to give them a pat on the back. There's always gonna be assholes out there and at the end of the day our problems are our own to fix.
Oh boohoo. I was bullied emotionally, physically, spiritually and sexually. I almost killed myself twice. The kids were so rotten to me and no one gave a damn. Please don't give people false hope. Telling a teacher or principal won't do a thing. It never does. It only makes it worse.

Yeah birdman Cartman brought up a memory. Years ago friends and I in rural PA 🇺🇸 decided a tarp would make a good parachute so me being the stunt man I tried it first. I landed half on the driveway half on the grass and snapped my forearm in 3 places fractured my leg and broke both ankles. Lol
To be fair the bully was justified. When they were in preschool they got the bully to start a fire so they could play fireman but their teacher ended up getting horribly burned trying to put it out and they let the bully take all the blame and he wound up in juvenile hall for 5 years. Butters didn't speak up out of fear of being grounded
The stapler thing is one of my all time favorites. Especially when he meets up with the other kids later and they laugh at him. They say, why don't you just take them off, and Cartman says, because they're stapled to my head and they laugh even more. Completely hysterical.

There were not the resources back then like there is now. I have since mentally compartmentalized all the hurt and effects from bullying, so it no longer affects me, but there are many kids who are not so lucky and either commit suicide or are still feeling the effects. Wallace 4 : I’m ready to spin lads
I could recall the first time I received my first pair of glasses in the midst of my middle school years for issues with my sight. I'm nearsighted. I didn't like them at first but got used to them over time. I also had some astigmatism ( a lil) but now I'm feeling like everyone looks studious with glasses on maybe cause others said that to me. Yes it is very cool to see an opthalmologist in the show.

8:42 my optometrist literally calls it "rugby ball eyes" and me and my mam (we both have astigmatism) never get over it

I was actually bullied once. My parents didn't know, my teacher didn't know...one day I just bet him up real good and then noone bullied me ever again.
Of course the principle was angry with me but I said to him, that I was bullied and I see no guilt for me.
Hearing a medical professional use the term "k-hole" is too fucking funny.
