      So true! I tried a few of the 20-minute ones, and at first, they just made me angry, tired, sore, and sweaty. But by doing this 5-minute one, I was able to work up more stamina so that the 20-minute ones aren't as bad as they first seemed. Baby steps!

      @@linnouu_7696 well, you are what you eat. if you don,t eat well, you feel like crap. also, being skinny doesn't mean you have toned muscles and one needs muscle to function and feel "capable" in their daily life. lastly, fat is actually stored energy and if you don't have enough of that, without a proper diet and regular exercise, you'd feel out of energy and maybe even light-headed because your body literally doesn't have enough energy to function at full capacity. side note, as someone who is skinny, if you have high metabolism and your body doesn't "hold onto fat" you need your diet to be about 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fats and veggies. ofc you can and should always have more veggies, that's what I do and this diet plan along with 10 min daily exercise (often just easy stretching) really makes me feel healthy and capable. also, please don't forget to have enough water per day. good luck!!

    It's 23:15 right now (12:15) i am currently 100 kg (220 lbs) and 170 (5'7), i am on keto and intermittent fasting, i want to start exercising and didn't know when to start but i did see this article about starting slow and going up little by little. I am going to start by doing 5 minutes of this for the first month and add up 5 minutes every months which means that in October, i am going to exercice for 10 minutes ... i am definitely going to update in details for myself and people who want to know how it works. (doing it for 6 months)
    Day 1 : It's 6:15, my eating windows is from 7a.m to 3p.m so i have to exercice early, i wasn't really motivated this morning but at the same time i am determined to change and mold my body. I did the whole workout without rest, i am breathing FAST lol but it's the start of an healthy lifestyle in an heathlier body. I am happy, so happy that i finished this, i am now going to chug water until my eating window comes. I sweated lol and now i really see and feel how tense i am and how much my body need exercice. I'll be back tomorrow morning lol. I am going to make scrambled eggs to get plenty of protein and for lunch i'll make some creamy zucchini and maybe broccoli's for the fiber with oxtail for the fat. I had something to do yesterday so since i had to leave soon, i didn't have the opportunity to eat lunch0
    Day 2 : It's 6:37 as i am typing, i woke up pretty late but i did it today to, i stopped 2 or 4 sec before sometimes because yesterday i had some things to take care of and i walked 2 hours and sweated like crazy (i am from the Carribean and it's HOT). I finished it tho and oh my god, i am breathing like a PIG but i feel good tho, i am feeling the burn and aching when i do it lol. I am going to make my breakfast now, eggs again because it's easy and porkchop and zuccini for lunch. It's the jumping that is difficult because i feel like my breast moving everywhere and with all the weight i am carrying it's hard.
    Day 3 : I did it and i was a little tired so i was struggling at the end when it comes to jumping but i did it ! Ate eggs today for breakfast too and some vegetable and oxtail for lunch and then fast back again !
    Day 4 : I actually didn't do it today and i also fasted all day, no reason, i just woke up depressed because i had some mental issues but i am back to it tomorrow guys, no more breaks !!
    Day 5 : it's not even 6a.m but i woke up really early and i thought : "oh, you know what, i am going to work out right now". I am so tired but i am going to take a shower and eat at 7a.m like always, i made some cheesy steak bites for this morning and oxtail and zuccini for lunch.

    These five minute workouts are amazing.
    I used to do 30 minute workouts back then, after 30 minutes, I'm just shot.
    But, I , for some reason, can last up to an hour (12 sets) with this 5 minute set.
    Super effective, maybe cuz its just 5 minutes at a time, something psychological.

    I saw a 20 minute exercise but felt like wanting to know my limits first. I thought I can do it with a breeze but at halfway of the jumping jacks I felt side stitch. I needed a 30 minute rest a snack and few water to get my condition back.
    It's my first day exercising again, and first time doing it by myself. This vid is really helpful and doable.

    • @heraldbriangigante1218
      @heraldbriangigante1218 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Second day of cardio, I got through invisible jump ropes but had to take 30 second more rest to get ready for jumping jacks.
      Idk why's there a bone popping sounds on my left foot, I think it's located between my ankle and heels. It always comes out at invisible jump ropes to jumping jacks. I planned to do two set of this cardio but that might still be pushing too much for the current me. I'm not as tired as yesterday though but I produced more sweat than yesterday's, I feel my legs muscle too like how I did yesterday. Will be doing cardio workout everyday except Wednesday and Sunday.

    • @heraldbriangigante1218
      @heraldbriangigante1218 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Back again, I noticed the importance of breathing while doing the exercise. I'll be doing 2 sets of it after a week or two, for morning and afternoon.

      @heraldbriangigante1218 ปีที่แล้ว

      Back here again.. I'm at low last 3 years so I was trying this and have no motivation and stopped.
      Volleyball become interesting to me and I have enough height so I might as well try.
      And look what I've found yesterday? Volleyball needs high stamina which is the standard, AND High Intensity Interval training is recommended!
      I found this 5 months ago, I know I stopped and didn't even last a week doing this. I had no motivation, but now that I have I'll do this once a day every afternoon. Then go jogging outside.

    Approximately how much calories I can burn in one round?

    • @hifiveanimation
      @hifiveanimation 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I did the maths and it's roughly 40 so if you do it 2.5 times that's 100 calories in 12 minutes and thirty seconds give or take depending on your weight, height, sex and overall fitness level (I do each exercise for a minute without rests, but I do rest before repeating the circuit so if you do the 20s rests and 40s exercise intervals then the calories burned will be different). Also doing each exercise vigorously burns more calories than doing it relaxed
