Merry Christmas! Having been in the customer service industry for a very long time, i said to myself as you said, you never know what people are going through, especially when they are grumpy. I found that even a little more attention to putting together their order, and a few kind words or a smile, could lift them up for even a moment! I always seemed to work, they would come back the next day or in a few days and give me a smile first!! It works wonders. Great advice! I know when i am walking in the park and other people are doing their morning walks and i say good morning, they are sometimes surprised that someone actually said something! I love when Gwen, does something and says "what happened". It is so adorable. My family lives not here where i am and because of finances on both sides we have not seen each other in years and none of us are fond of skype so this time of year it tugs at my heart strings. Happy to hear you do online church…I do too. For years I drove 40 minutes one way to church and now my car is old (23 years) and I’m a senior adult. The road is windy and is way out in the country. So one day I just decided, enough is enough. I have a wonderful friend in Wyoming whose husband is a pastor and her church is online and that’s the one I watch. Alicia, you are sooooo sweet and always have such a positive attitude. I just can’t understand people getting upset with you. I saw the swimming video and saw some of the comments too. Alicia, it bugs me sometimes how extremely rude and cruel some people can be when posting comments, but I honestly believe it is a very slim minority of viewers who choose to behave badly. I often encourage people to self-delete or edit their comments reminding them that Anastasia and Guinevere could someday read these awful messages. I'm glad to hear that you are able to delete any that you deem too toxic for your channel. People have lectured me about freedom of speech, but no one should be subjected to some of the vile comments that people feel free to spout. I think our current culture celebrates bad behavior and some people thrive on negative attention. I always try to choose kindness and treat people with respect and understanding even when disagreeing with them. I think social media could be a much better platform if people took extra care in their written communication. Like you I often step back and reflect on what I may say in response to a blatant attack on you and your family rather than impulsively snap back. My hair is totally platinum white..I got white hairs in my 20s. I won't color my hair anymore. After severe covid in 21.. I lost my hair. 😢Then it came in curly. It was weird. I was in the hospital almost a month. God spared me. Lots of prayers.

I told her she is the mom, enjoy them while they are babies. They grow up fast enough. Her twins wil be a year old on December 29th. God bless your beautiful family.

😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣This is the most ridiculous comment I think I've ever read. God loves and accepts everyone. If your church doesn't love and accept everyone then that is very contradicting. Romans 1:17 God accepts everyone who has faith.
