When I was learning the trade over 30 years ago it was boiling water onto a tea bag followed by milk. If I was making coffee it was milk first followed by boiling water....never put boiling water onto coffee as it 'burns' the coffee. If I ever got it wrong........ouch!
Still make my brews the same to this day.

tip for the radio lads if the connection goes funny put some copper tube over the aeriel works for me

This reinforcing above the window opening must be unic, one piece, made by concrete with metal rods.

+telosfd Your referring to pre-stressed concrete lintels. The metal cavity wall lintels are designed for when there is face brickwork on the exterior of the building. This is so the cosmetic of the building isnt affected in any way. If you was to install a pre-stressed concrete lintel then you would see 4inches or so of concrete on the face of the building, which doesn't look great at all. For internal walls we use the pre-stressed concrete lintels.
