It's such an essential series for anyone who wishes to learn to cook, as well as expand their repertoire. Years later, I still love her "pad thai" recipe, a simple one to begin with, but you can easily customise it the way you like with additional ingredients.
I was wondering if anyone knows what year these series were made? I am enjoying them being aired on Australia’s SBS at the moment but I was curious as to the original air dates.
Caveat emptor: Having watched this 10 or more timed, I thought I'd try the Pad Thai, including the dried shrimp. Every mucus membrane smelt of fish for 2 days.... I'd go with tiger prawns. Otherwise, delicious...

Thank you so much for posting these fab programmes. I don’t know why they haven’t been released on DVD, along with her other series.
I wish the series 1 was still availiable on TH-cam. I can't find it anywhere to watch in my country :(

Brutal, and practical! I've never seen a professional chef beating a filet of fish with her bare hands!
