not an expert but done several projects with lighting, ive fund a mirror sometimes isnt the best reflector. Screen usually have layers of harvestable stuff, like diffusers to spread the lights from dots to continuous light. Love it though makes me want to do my own take on things. Great video producion too, dont be afraid to spice up the titles cause bots like to make videos with these kinda titles

Betting everyone that sees the thumbnail thought you leaked all over your electronics - I did too. But when the video paused I heard you say "SawStop" I went, "Oh no!" Yeah, I probably would have made that mistake, too.

Where did you source the acrylic tubing?

I get my material from Toronto at Plastic World, but any company that sells acrylic will have tubing.

okay so i love this idea but i have a suggestion. if you fill it with lube instead of water the bubbles will go much slower than in water also lube is cheap PLEASE it will look awesome!

I see you SawStop....sneaking in an infomercial disguised as a build video....Tricky tricky.....
But seriously, SawStop: A) good product. Yes it has its sensitivities, but...like...compared to not having one and needing it...Yeah, its just a good idea to have some sort of saw safety device.... B) Freaking $250?!?! Yes, yay safety! And Ive seen the videos that describe why its costly to have it activate, and there have been improvements since the days it screwed up the motor shaft and bearings too....But $250?! Does that include the blade? And was it some super fancy blade? And finally C) Someone tweet SawStop this video, and see if we cant get the kid a free replacement for displaying, while annoying in the moment of lapsed thought (which is usually when accidents happen anyways), exactly how quickly this thing can save your fingers from becoming lingers....as in on the floor....no longer a part of your hand.....
Tsk tsk on the clickbaity title ya lil shit. But cool build! I personally would have gone with RGBW or the WWA (cool White, warm White, Amber) addressable LEDs for that flexibility, thats just how I roll though, can never decide on exactly what color I want so I throw em all in! Now if only one of these companies would make a dual RGB and WWA strip, either side by side, or alternating, Id be sooooooo happy!!!

I guess when it comes down to it, if it was my thumb that touched the blade who cares about $250. It's a little more annoying in how I triggered the break.
