Puppeh had the read for that grab right at the end there, and with all that rage it might've killed, he just misspaced it ever so slightly. Also, upthrow upair is, in fact, a 50/50 on Pokemon trainer since there are always at least 2 frames to act, and switch is frame 1 invincible. Good on Cosmos for seeing it and adapting his gameplan to give it the best chance of working.
Cosmos with the bac-0air on inkling is something ive been trying to do but could not do it so well as he does. kudos to him playing like that and advancing to the next stage.
Kalos is by far one of inklings worst stages. The platforms near the ledge make ledge trapping with splat bomb nearly irrelevant as the splat bombs just get caught on the the platforms. Other things too but that is the biggest reason. He probably wanted to take cosmos to a stage cosmos would struggle with rather than a stage that would benefit both players.
He narrative of cosmos not playing well is done, he’s back and here to stay.

Puppeh (18) has potential to be the best in the world.
Cosmos is insane. Nice.

What a set
Why would you EVER CP to Kalos as a Pokémon Trainer? Walls to tech the down air, no platforms to combo with as Squirtle and Ivy, that made no sense

Why don't they just smash the poke trainer so she can't summon Pokémon
