Not only is New Hampshire a state but it is a coastal state and it has an Island called Star Island which in some older google earth images has what appears to be an ancient spiral geoglyph which I cannot find any references to anywhere. You can still make out the faint spiral between the shore and the eastern end of the solar panels . There is a large obelisk near it, but I understand the obelisk is not ancient. Would love to hear if anyone knows anything about the geoglyph on Star Island off the coast of New Hampshire.

One of the reasons why it was probably developed by early Native Americans and not European settlers is the signs of stone on stone tooling. Europeans would have had steel tools, which would not have the same type of tooling. That's why that archeologists should be careful of putting their own interpretations on it without reading the site properly. At the time of 1836, American settlers would definitely have steel tools easily accessible from blacksmiths, as guns were already prevalent even in the 1700's.

Provincetown Massachusetts which sits at the end of the long peninsula of Cape Cod sticking out into the Atlantic Ocean is well known to the residents of Massachusetts to have the remains of an ancient Nordic settlement and several homes that are there today were built on the foundations of those Nordic ruins. There is one day of the year when the owners of “the Viking homes” open their homes to anyone who wants to see the foundations in their basements. Provincetown is also the place where the Mayflower first landed and is a logical place for vessels from Northern Europe to stop at as it is the most eastern point in the United a states with the exception of northern Maine.

L'Anse aux Meadows is not Vinland. The Sagas mentions 3 viking settlements in America and Vinland was the largest. The the description makes it pretty clear it is not the same place.
Since we did find one small settlement I think it is rather likely the other 2 (and possibly even more) existed as well but finding them is like finding a needle in a haystack. The key is probably to find a nearby iron production since the vikings used bog iron unlike any other civilization so if you find someone that utilized that resource you can be 99.99% sure that it was the vikings.
The vikings were not wasteful with iron objects so don't expect to find too much. That said, the American stonehenge is clearly not a viking project, it seems more neolithical in nature. It is likeliest either built by an unknown native American civilization or by an pre Columbian European but likely is not the same thing as sure. A serious archaeological dig is really needed here.

As someone who lives a few miles away from it and has been there a few times it is a tourist trap and they have conflicting evidence at best

If there are stories of the stones from local indigenous tribes, that should make it pretty easy to discern wether or not it is the ruins of an early European civilization right?

Yeah... but why ask Indigenous peoples about anything when you can just assume we were too backwards to create anything and *imagine* what the site was for? (sarcasm)
I agree, it's framed in a really dismissive way.
