물엿 이랑 찹쌀가루 넣을때 볼에다 넣어서 다시 반죽기계에 넣지 말고 한번에 무게 측정후 바로 넣으면되지않아요 ~~? 볼에 밀가루 물엿 붙어서 떨어지지도 않고 때기 힘들어 보이는데
그러게요..졸라 답답... 뭐 다른 이유가 있겠죠?

일본 쪽에서 넘어온 음식이면 쓸 수도 있긴 한데 대개는 간판에 한글 발음도 써주는 편인데 그런 것도 없고. 그게 호객 요소가 될 수도 있고 역으로 반감이 들어 가지 않을 수도 있으니 점주가 치러야 항 댓가겠죠. 일단 노 재팬때였다면 가게 쫄딱 망했을 듯.
