Actually it’s a Vietnamese-style dressing based more on nuoc cham. Hope you get these Fever-Tree mixers in Canada! They’re amazing!

the salad looks amazing, the prefab drinks are a bit of a turn off and cop out.
Love this but what's the not-Asian-mama way of shredding the pawpaw? I'm not coordinated enough for my fingers to get through that intact. 😂
A julienne peeler would give you a pretty similar result, and you get to keep all your fingers 🤣
I have tried it Marion’s way & it isn’t too bad, but I have small hands & I used a big
papaya/pawpaw.
