The GBA version isn't a GBA version at all, it's just running on a Super Game Boy. It doesn't have music because this is one of the few SGB games to make full use of the Super Nintendo by having SNES renditions of all the game's music tracks. Since the emulator used in the video is only displaying the SGB color palette and border and not emulating the SNES sound chip, it doesn't play any music.
@@BomberDuck Animaniacs, however, DID get its own GBA game, called Lights, Camera, Action! However, THAT game was a failure, with its lame isometric gameplay and minimalistic presentation. It also had a bad soundtrack.
If Konami were to do a compilation of their Animaniacs games, it would probably be only slightly longer than the one they did for Felix the Cat. Perhaps they could have their Animaniacs games as DLC for a collection of their Tiny Toon Adventures games, since there were ten Tiny Toons games released from 1991 to 1994.
I've been thinking about this recently and I think the best way to go about it would be to a single Tiny Toons + Animaniacs collection. That would be 11 Konami games (12 if they included that weird cartoon maker on the NES), just under the 13 games included on the TMNT collection.

This is another case of different versions having different stuff.

Genesis looks like a remake and SNES is a totally different game.
Snes is more beautiful, but I don't know if is better or funniest.
Why does GBA look like Super Game Boy?
Is the Super GameBoy version, not the GBA version
