Just a small comment about the bubbles on your radiator. Loosen the radiator cap to equalize the air pressure. Try that technique on another crack if it should happen again and I bet you there won't be any bubbles. UNLESS ... It's kind of the same effect as holding spray paint can 3 inches away from what you're trying to paint( bad idea)because you're going to get runs/bubbles👍 So hold can farther away from radiator so the spray doesn't bulk up so readily. And for heaven's Sake clean that surface extremely well beforehand. Okay so I guess it was more than comment LOL. Thanks for the tip and using your car as a guinea pig so I didn't have to 😎
You have to spray various coats. You spray once, then again, then again till you build a nice thick seal. Do not over spray or you will cause water drops or bubbles.
Directions say to shake can WELL B4 USE! No offense, but 1-2 quick shakes was likely why didn't dispense correctly. Awesome idea for fixing the pos Apple cords that ALWAYS break on EVERYBODY! Tyvm for the radiator video. Husband needs new radiator & I thought about seeing FlexSeal ad on tv & told him to try it but he's still lol at me! Beats spending $100+ labor!
This product will never stand up to the pressure and heat over time. This Flex Seal product is "not" intended for pressurized systems or heat applications like a Car Radiator. Because it says for Leaks...does not mean it works on a Pressurized Water cooling system.
I have seen a couple of cases over the years where a radiator was leaking at the crimped seam where the plastic connects to the radiator and it was just a matter of re-crimping the aluminum tabs to tighten everything up. Of course I've never been that lucky.
Hey I have same thing going on with my cavalier so the next your car was fixed with that you use they please let me know if did your next then I will buy me somes of that

yeah i have a tiny pin hole on the the top plastic connector hose. i'm use JB water weld
that's what I think also
OK thanks for JRobling's update: Flex Seal doesn't work!
not only temp there is a pressure, so I doubt whether it works. hopefully there is update or other can also confirm it
Start your car and see if it still leaks from beginning to the end ?
Fiberglass layer pad and seal 4 times still holding
My man thank you for sharing this
How did it work on the radiator thinking about using it on the Polaris ATV
My follow up video explains it does not work. It gets too hot and makes the flex seal too soft
@@JRobling
I suspected that !
How's it holding up after 3 months?
Watch my follow up video
Man I don’t see no follow up video just tell me what it is

Great!
FLEX SEAL DOES NOT WORK ! TRIED IT TWICE ON SAME RADIATOR.
A gonna try it
Won't work. Once you put it back the leak will come back because of the pressure.
Shake the can bruh
Yeah, it was pissing me off.
Jb weld!!!
Bad idea
You sound like Ryan Reynolds
Hi..im cheap too
Hmmm
Hot air intake lol
I was wondering how he figures that hot air is better than cold or cool air?.. Dense air mixes better with fuel than hot air
Take it to Chief Radiator best in Dallas TX
