Well done Patriots you will sell many of these, great design and build. I always look at your campers in the 4x4 shows and love them, but not the prices. Great entry level camper from a great Aussie company.
Love to see a hybrid caravan from you guys, as you guys make great camper trailers but would love to see the next level style you guys would do on a hybrid.
We have a 2017 X1, and your gen 2 of that model I’m not interested in, but this is the bomb! Great price point with all the features that are great about the old X1
Please don’t forget about your current Gen1 owners. We all would love to see your innovative minds retrofit a hardtop for the Gen1 X1 owners. Soft bag has been a known issue for years that has been addressed now with Gen2 models. Literally a latch-able topper that can be removed. We are still hopeful this can be done. As a Gen1 X1 owner your product is amazing but the soft bag is the least desirable thing for customers (especially in the winter cold months). Cheers Mate well done here on a new product (just don’t forget about your existing customers too).
New Fan and checking out your page and videos. Disabled Marine Veteran and just picked up a 2014 Rubicon Unlimited. Tan and previous owner did some nice mods. Dana 44s front and rear, AEV snorkel, 38X13.50X17s with Falkin Wild Country, bead locked. Other mods, lights and fenders. Both F-R bumpers changed for off-roading. Need a winch. Hoping to get back into overlanding but age dictated getting a trailer. did this in NH and now in Kansas. Miss doing it. 3rd wrangler I've owned, 2nd Rubicon. Previous a 06 TJ. installed a lift and some bigger tires in it. Now starting out with a great base with my new one. So, shopping for a trailer my rig can handle. 106K on the V6 motor. Love the look of your product. Can you color match with the Dune/Tan color Jeep offered in 2013-14? I'm a Desert Storm Veteran. Infantry mortarman on the frontline. So doing to do an homage to Desert Shield/Storm. I was there. 90% disabled now so working on a slim budget.
I have concerns with the multi room just cause we are at the beach roughly 6 months out of the year (south outer banks). There’s always wind (yes we can have days there isn’t a breeze and the shabumi’s don’t stay up). However we get 35mph gusts or days with constant good wind speeds (estimating 10-15mph). I’m guessing you just don’t put up the multi room in windy days but my other concern is heat. We are at an average of 85 Fahrenheit atleast during the summer . I know our rv camper gets super hot and yes that’s different then breathable material. I’m not concerned if it gets cold outside mine is wind and heat. Well and I guess sand but for the most part patriot aluminum
Hey there! The concerns you bring up with the wind speeds is definitely an issue for all tents, certainly not just the multi-room on the X2. However we're confident that with it attached to the hard lid of the roof top tent, as well as the multiple tie down points around the base of the multi-room, you should still have a comfortable experience. Regarding the heat, the windows and doors of the multi-room can all be opened up for ventilation similar to most tents on the market. The roof top tent actually has a space between the canvas roof and the hard lid, which creates a layer of insulation similar to a tropical fly, which helps keep the temperatures down inside the tent. Likewise the windows can all be opened up to allow for airflow. If there's anything else you need to know feel free to reach out.
Spares on all jeeps sit way too low for offroad towing, all jeeps need a spare wheel lift kit for articulating hitch, costs about $100, we just didn’t fit one for the shoot 👍
I am interested to see the price point as most, no, correction - all quality off grid trailers are getting too expensive for most overlanders. Buying these in Canada is getting near impossible. Especially with our Can$$ to US$$ dollar conversion at 37%+. The X2 is a very nice compromise - great work.
PLEASE HELP! Paid particular attention to X2 Tourer Camper being towed by a 2 door Jeep Wrangler here in video. Just ordered a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X 2 door manual with 3.6L V6 that has a max towing capacity of 2,000lbs (US), GVWR of 5,500lbs, and GCWR 8,016lbs. Seeing X2 Tourer (1873lbs for base) being towed by a 2 door Jeep Wrangler here is very encouraging! This is exactly what I'm looking for but very concerned I'm so close to the maximum towable rating before adding any ordered options, recovery gear, bikes, and all other food & camping gear etc. for 4 day trips for only 2 people. I understand it's more about 2dr Jeep's wheelbase when it comes to towing capacity as the same spec'd 4 door Jeep Wrangler 3.6L V6 has a max towing capacity of 5,000lbs. Will I still be under max legal towing capacity after loading it completely up for trip?? Need to make sure can insure Jeep and X2 Tourer Camper Trailer and will be covered if something does happen before ordering. Don't want to be in any legal trouble and will be covered if something does happen. Is the X2 Tourer realistic to tow with a 2024 2 door Jeep Wrangler??
Looks nice but I feel like this is more of a X1N with a RTT than a new X2. The original X2 was shorter than the X1 but this seems to be the same size of the other Gen2 X1s. Maybe I'm wrong though. Ease of setup does seem great on this one but so would a X1N with a similar style tent.
I think they’re going for economy of scale by having just one frame and body, rather than each model requiring completely unique parts. It’s a smart approach, and seems to have improved all the models. They did mention they got this one under 900kg so it will tow easier than the other models.
Mmmmm……good build up but somewhat underwhelming product!……I’m a member of an older demographic and was really hoping for a Patriot Hybrid……what are the chances?…
I reckon if Justin handed his design/engineering team a Hybrid challenge the result could be quite stunning. At the moment ARB have stolen the march with their Earth Cruiser. @@shanenorwell8580
Could not disagree more about this being an underwhelming product. If you look at similar trailers at this price point, this wins hands down. It has form, function, and modularity (base model with lots of options) which helps with accessibility. Great job @patriotcampers
There’s plenty of options for people like you. Underwhelming if you want a 1000 bells & whistles but perfect if you actually want a reliable bit of kit that can be taken off road, & I mean off road not just some outback gravel road 😉

No one does camper trailers better than you guys!!
👊 👊
Good idea in this market, people are running out of cash! Keep it up Justin and Sarah great product
How exciting ! Gotta love the X2
It's back🥳🥳
Well done Patriots you will sell many of these, great design and build. I always look at your campers in the 4x4 shows and love them, but not the prices. Great entry level camper from a great Aussie company.
Love this new design!
Looks amazing - very well thought out - I think Patriot are on another winner here.
Love to see a hybrid caravan from you guys, as you guys make great camper trailers but would love to see the next level style you guys would do on a hybrid.
The X3??
I really like this!
best trailer of all time
To right all good mate
I love it. Will buy next year I think. Keep up the great work.
Can't wait to hear from ya!
❤️ love it. Perfectly fits my camping profile. . . Will look great behind my 2024 INEOS Grenadier Quartermaster. I'll be in touch 🎉
Really well done!
Awesome addition well done Team Patriot. Gen1 X3 owner
Let’s Gooooo
We have a 2017 X1, and your gen 2 of that model I’m not interested in, but this is the bomb! Great price point with all the features that are great about the old X1
Hi from Poland.Awesome video my friend!
You guys are crushing it! 🙌
Sweet
Nice video

Nice camper mate, have you seen or used the eco flow portable acon and heater
Still waiting for a Patriot hybrid caravan 😉
Hey Guys,
I would love to suggest a GEN 2 version of The TH Series, I think that it’ll be amazing to what PC could do!…

Solar panels also for the X1?
No spare on the wrangler? Is that because the drawbar is too short and the spare wheel would contact when wheeling?

I was right, I guessed the X2... what do I win lol 😂
👏👏👏

If you have the deisel option, is there still a shower?
Yep. The diesel heater heats the water as well as the tent.

are you guys exporting to NZ?
For sure!
I'm a bit confused why it's cheaper than the X1-N. That doesn't even have a tent.
Cause it doesnt come with the standed gear like the dual airbag suspension or electric push button open doors ect.
I really hoped the news would be the new generation of toy haulers😢.
Love to have one but as an average hard working Aussie, it'll be out of my reach.
Yeah same, would love to have kept my money supporting Aussie companies, but just way too expensive for the average Joe blow.
6 years almost to the day you may have just sold me on our second Patriot camper trailer. Decisions, decisions. 🤔
🥳🥳🥳
Too bad your yellow MAXTRAX don't have a cradle for the jockey wheel to rest in on sand🤔🤔🤔👍👍👍
Draw bar entry canper
@1:24... do the camper and tow vehicle always bring a footprint of grass with them wherever they go? that is some fake video there.
return the spare tyre to the back
how much is this trailer ?
patriotcampers.com.au/ you can find out all you need to know here :)
53k for this 😮
What a sad time that a camper trailer cost so much money you could stay at the best hotels all he time you travel and still not cost as much
Mmmmm……good build up but somewhat underwhelming product!……I’m a member of an older demographic and was really hoping for a Patriot Hybrid……what are the chances?…
I’d love to see their spin on a hybrid.
I reckon if Justin handed his design/engineering team a Hybrid challenge the result could be quite stunning. At the moment ARB have stolen the march with their Earth Cruiser. @@shanenorwell8580
