Mitch is right about the unjust hate coming his way, i have seen tons of it especially on Tom Stoltmans channel. Fans there write in the comments, Tom should have won both the Rogue invitational and earth strongest man. Harsh truth is Mitch is at least a tier above Tom based on all his title wins, also how Mitch won them all in merely 2 years or so.
I think the question about longer programs was in regards to how to continue progressing after the 12wks. A video explaining block programs and periodization would be really cool.
I am wondering if Mitch writes personal programs. For example I am 61 with heart surgery history. I love my swimming and wish to lose weight and gain strength. I train hard and would benefit from advice on rests, de-loads etc. I want a 12 month program training 3 days per week ?
@mediaproof960 I've tried bpc, Tb500 and hgh in previous injuries but noticed very little or no difference. Buy from a reputable supplier too. Any idea by how much % their meant to speed up recovery? I've currently got a grade 1 or 2 pec tendon tear and it's about 5 weeks post injury so far. I can lift light with it but got an annoying lingering pain even in daily tasks

Personally peptides have helped me so much. For me, speeds up recovery times immensely. To each their own tho.
