When I was working at an auto body shop back in the 80s there were times when we would spend more than an hour on a car depending on the extent of the repairs done. We had on car that was a roll over, it required a couple hours of cleaning.

8:30 No, I have not heard of the Jiffy Lube case. I get emails all the time from two dealerships that I have dealt with. I'll bet that they had me sign a waiver for it, somewhere along the way.
Also, I am looking for a decent body shop.

Very few dealers have opt in as part of their paperwork, hence the recent cases against dealerships. Here is a link to the Jiffy Lube case, which at the time was a ground breaking settlement. And for a shop, if you email Melanie@collisionhub.com and tell us city, state we would be happy to help you look. gilmanlawllp.com/jiffy-lube-agrees-to-settle-text-spam-lawsuit-for-47-million/
