I have mount and unmount this device several times. Each time being very careful with the measure of the rods and the correct direction of the camera, the laser crossing on the centre of the rotating table etc. I have check the camera to get well focused too. And I NEVER have get a decent scanning results. Using both lasers is impossible for me, I always get two different point clouds. VERY different I mean. Inusable. And sometimes using just one laser the measure is clearly incorrect, getting "fat" scannings. I have tryed Horus 0.1 and 0.2 and same results. So, pleeeeease, could give a clue to get my scanner working properly? Thanks a lot. By the way I'm reccording a video with all this issues and I would really like to get a good result. Otherwise I will have to say this is a big piece of crap.

After I have built it like on this video, there were some unused washers and screws...
Do the lasers actually bolt in or fasten somehow?

where can i download the horus application? The link suggested by your website no longer has the application. It gives a 404 error.

camera came with a different shape that doesn't fit camera slot. :( Good video, though!
Did you take the cover off the front of the camera there is a small grove to get your nail in to remove it, hope this helps
