For the longest time in my life, I lacked mentors in my 20s.
Today as an empowered entrepreneur, I can safely vouch for the power of a good mentor.
The famous physicist Richard #Feynman expressed how best teaching can be done only when there is a direct relationship between a teacher and a good student.
    - A situation where the student discusses #ideas, thinks about things, and talks about things!
But in modern times, it's very hard for organizations to create scalable solutions since there are so many students!
Today, I am extremely excited to share my passion for technology and Ethical AI with the launch of Global Tech Initiative.org Feynman Fellowship where we will create #nonscalable Nvidia and Paypal work experience ecosystem outcomes at 1/500th of the cost!
Like all my previous successful ventures, I look forward to building and rebuilding the Feynman fellowship publicly (link in comments).
    Why?
Because I would like to be held accountable for every action, inaction, or innovation in your fellowship journey.
In the journey, there will be moments when we fail, we will pivot, and we will get frustrated.
In fact, I can promise you that the journey is NOT going to be easy. Nothing worth achieving in life comes easy.
But I assure you, we will come out stronger - because the entire experience is going to be so transformational for you.
The entire Feynman fellowship experience is going to be segmented into 3 pillars.
    1. #Pillar 1: We will focus on Basics.
The GTI Feynman fellows will analyze, critically think, communicate, and structure their thoughts as they complete fundamentals of programming, Entrepreneurship, Ethics, DSA, AI, ML, Analytics Masterclass, and new #CHATGPT prompts for coders.
All hard and soft skills will be imparted by practitioners. Why?
Because I want you to fall in love with subjects!
    2. #Pillar 2 will focus on advanced topics and 1:1 mentorship
    A. You'd do AI or Tech PM projects/papers with your mentors
    B. You'd enhance your interview and CV prep
    C. You'd get employment support too.
And this now brings us to Pillar 3.
    3. #Pillar 3 is my favorite because-
You'd make friends of a lifetime with hackathons, community networking nights, and startup weekends.
This is where you will find your edge at the GTI Feynman fellowship.
    **
Today we are taking forward the work of Richard Feynman to teach complex AI and advanced tech concepts into digestible bits.
If you are still skeptical of AI, according to a recent Boston Consulting Group (BCG) study, the half-life of skills is dwindling, and AI is at the heart of this seismic shift.
At GTI Feynman Fellowship, Naman and I are proud of what we have created with a lot of love and passion.
I am sure you'd get value out of it.
And most importantly, get joy out of this journey.
Because your success is my success, and believe it or not - I do have a lot of 'skin in the game' ✊.

College syllabus is not useful for job market but there is a 85% minimum attendance.
Many college students can't learn any additional skills due to this attendance percentage.
Let the colleges make it 25% and we will see college students up skilling themselves.
