Have you ever seen a minister's car in the washing bay? Or a judge's car? Can you imagine the minister wanting to go somewhere and being told 'sir your car is still in the washing bay'? It is a security risk. Drivers wash from home and even wash the car in the ministry compound when the minister is in the office because the car must be clean at all times. They are given an allowance for that service. Some officials who are not in sensitive positions may give money to the drivers to take the vehicle to the washing bay but the driver would prefer to pocket the money and wash the car himself.

It's absurd we lost the minister just like that. Talking from experience of a trained personal, am still wondering how the bodyguard missed firing back after perceiving the sound of a gun being cocked....the fact that the shooter was still on the ADC, the bodyguard was still having chances of firing back since the shooter after hiting the ADC went ahead and started shooting at the Minister. Any trained bodyguard would have taken action immediately. That said,i strongly believe our armed forces especially bodyguards still need a lot of training kabisa. I see alot not adding up in this minister shooting. MHSRIP 😢
