This is literally my only problem with the ball, I got the moves down, just lose the ball over and over.

Hey thincpro. So I'm 13, turning 14 in two months, 6'0, and I can dunk, but not consistently. I'm also hoping to be a starting forward on my school's varsity team this season, and I need tips on how to perfect the run-up for an in game dunk and be a better rebounder/post scorer in general.
