Guessing the card is fun! Dan played a similar game with me and Nick when we travelled down. But rather than yes or no questions, you guess a card, and they tell you if it shares a similarity, 'it is also a forward' 'it's cost is odd' 'shares an element' etc. But i enjoyed playing along!
Yea it was very entertaining for us and made for some good laughs! It currently would make the game a bit easier with sharing similarities 🙂 We discussed doing it every podcast but with one of us instead of 3 for time. Definitely something we'll consider in the future! Thanks for the comment 😊 - Jono
So I'll tell you absolutely why you make sure to watch the Lenna triggers. This happened on the table next to one of our guys at Euros: Warriors player. 0 Cards in deck. Final Turn. Has huge board state and he's about to win 4WoL player: No way to win, taking damage. Hits a Krile EX. has a Bartz in BZ. Triggers it to make Lenna draw, which she can't so instantly wins. Warriors player wasn't a native english speaker and was arguing that it's optional. lol.
Yeah absolutely. That point that Jono initially made went straight over my head, then something like this occurred in my head. Seems like "rules processing" in the moment, but in a longer game state and "final moments" like you describe it 100% matters, so it's about overall game integrity. Sounds like an intense game your team mate had! - Phil
