Actions speak louder than words and that is exactly what you guys did. Love the quote Leena. Honestly, that is how we should live by and In’Sha’Allah one day we can do it too. Thank you for the inspiration and motivation both Leena and Uzma ❤️
I’m 28 years old and you ladies have inspired me to work smart and hard and you have shown me that we all have to start from somewhere you’ve given me the courage to just start so thank you ladies for sharing your journey with us. More blessings and success to you both❤
Just a note of caution: This model is actually illegal and the pain of many landlords. Many places around the wold specifically states that it's forbidden for renters to lease as it will cause damage to the properties and general nuisance, but many renters still do so. And eventually it will be the landlords who shoulder all the cost of that "business" and damage.
It’s true I ran like 3 airbnb you can double the rent. I clean myself, they are landlord that agree. You ask if you can sublease… and on the app you add no smoking and no party no events
Why would any landlord agree to this? What do you say with the landlord when you sign a lease? I live in South Florida and Airbnb are illegal most areas that are good. The people that rent them party all night and trash the places.
Most landlords want their income passive and want no headache so they’re always open to it. Also you have Ts&Cs that restrict tenants on what they’re doing so trashing the place doesn’t happen.
Guaranteed rent payments, longterm contract, no agents taking % out of rent each year, keeping the apartment furnished and clean up to high standards etc. Many reasons for landlords to do this.
Hello Uzma and Leena, I have found your videos motivating and helpful so I’m very thankful. I have dreamed of doing Airbnb arbitrage for a while. I have watched your video on SAA and wondered do I need to book a discovery call in order to be considered for your course and find out more info such as the pricing? Thank you in advance😊 Hannah
A landlord isn't going to agree to this, if they could make double the money on Air BnB the landlord would do it themselves. This business model has a short life.

Hey, Leena here! Just to clarify, I actually didn’t complete university. I dropped out after the first year and, to be honest, barely attended classes even in that year! Uzma didn’t go down the university path at all. We’ve talked about this in a few podcasts, so I can see how the confusion might have come up. Hope that clears things up! 🙌🏼
The business model itself is not a scam, it’s actually quite simple to understand and actuate. The people themselves might be a little questionable because it seems that they have a paid mentorship or something of the like on instagram, but that’s the case with most of these influencers🤷♂️
Not entirely sold … in all honesty I’m all about success stories and escaping the matrix, however I do have many questions, would love an opportunity to ask them. Do you guys have a work number or email?
Big respects girls, got a bright future ahead💪🏽

In NZ this would not be allowed to sublet. You go girls good on you.

Clearly you don’t know people. Most people are lazy and want their rent that’s it. And also there is more to life then making money

i wan to know how to do this!
do the house have to be nice and pretty for airbnb business? like rough area/quiet area or needs to be popular area?
Please do a post on tax as that would reduce your profits
Very inspiring.. how can i be in this buy too
In UK is not any limitation about the days that you can rent in short term rentals? If yes how can you run the business without affect you
I don't understand this, why doesn't just the landord put it on Airbnb himself and put that money in his own pocket?
Because it’s harder work and it requires additional skills
@@oof1498 how is it harder if your just putting a listing up and what additional skills are needed exactly 😂

What city did you do this in? London?
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hello friend from Edinburgh ciity
Is that not subletting…is that legal
I believe subletting is illegal only if its without the landlord's permission
