I have a tip for the awful light :) Replace it with a baby pink LED bulb. Sometimes they have them at IKEA but I am sure Gmarket would have one. It is way more flattering, kind of like a sunset aka "the golden hour."
You could just take a square thin cotton sarong and pin it to the ceiling with some needles or some clear tape. Pink or green or blue, whatever sarong you have.
For your earings, put them in some luke warm water with either vinagar or baking soda for like 15mn then wash them with toothpaste with a little brush :)
This was so fun to watch! I really want to move to Korea when I’m older! I would love to see your new apartment and especially the process of putting everything together 💗
Please do an Korean language journey video! I’m really interested if and how you learned Korean before you came to Seoul and how it has improved there. Also if you are still studying and when yes does it have changed compared to your studying in Denmark. Or is it the easiest to pick and repeat, so that you learn while hanging out with Koreans
Hejsaaa !! 🇩🇰 I have 3 Questions / Requests: 1. Would you do a skincare routine? 2. Would you do a haircare routine? 3. How did you leanr korean ? 🇰🇷 - ALSO YESS I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOUR DECORATING YOUR NEW HOME ! side note: jeg er en dansk subscriber som er virkelig interesseret i koreansk kultur og sprog.
Yes please do a moving and shopping video soon, too! This is really helpful and inspirational to me atm as I too might be moving out of my home soon and start to go independent by working in a different country. I'm older than you but I learn a lot and take away a lot of inspirational message from your life and vlogs. Thank you Sissel!
5:43 cover the inside of a cup with aluminum foil and mix: 2 tea spoons of bicarbonate of soda (baking soda), and warm/hot water (a little less than a cup). Put the earring in, and leave them there for about 10/15 min. Lightly wash the bicarbonate with a brush/sponge and done!
They sell "cleaning kits" at most jewelry shops to clean and polish stained and damaged jewelry, maybe you could try one of those! Also, I'd LOVE to see a moving/shopping for decor/apartment decorating series, I love the aesthetic and taste you have
6:22, the word you're looking for is 'libido', in English. And while the research is only in the preliminary phases, some pheromones found in botanicals have indicated some level of success in helping women's libido. 6:48, English word is 'Easel', pronounced very much like your name!
Hey Girl! For your jewelry if it's gold plated silver you can put it in luke warm water with some pH neutral soap for 10min (sometimes even dish soap can work). Then you clean brush the jewelry with a soft brush and then rinse it and to dry it use a clean cloth like the ones you use for your glasses 😊. And that's it, hope this helped 😁
Hi, Sissel! I love your videos and I love your style, both fashion and interior. I would love to see more house related videos. Can’t wait to see a tour of your future flat ❤️
For your earrings, get a cloth for polishing silver cutleries, it works really well. You can usually find them in shops that sell fancy porcelaine plates and other dining stuff. Give your earrings a good polish and they'll be good as new!
This was so much fun to watch! I love watching apartment tours and I liked you talking a lot about the different items you actually have - kind of fun!
A little late watching this, but that happens to my earrings here in Florida, rubbing baking soda on them will help get rid of the rusting. So that they are gold again 😘✌🏻
I had the same problem with my earrings stuff, you can put some transparent nail polish in it but at first you need to clean it properly with vinegar. It can help mayb.
You have a lot of the same skin care items that I do ! haha that's a nice house tour! It'll be great to see your next house tour! and I agree. where I live right now, they also only have the big harsh white ceiling light so I have 2 floor lamps and a couple more table lamps for my room!
I loved the way you decorated your apartment ❤️ I put cotton over and under my accessories so that they don’t get effected by the air and this really works
Whoa I admire that you have a minimalist approach to your house but it is apparent what things you love: coats, hats, and skincare! 😻 You probably tidied up a bit before the video- but I'd like to know your tips to keeping a neat house. Do you clean every day or every other day or maybe even once a week?
This is the first video of yours I’ve ever seen and it’s so amazing!!!!! Instantly subscribed!!! I love how you decorated everything your style!!! Have a good day 😊
I love love love your apartment! Looks so cosy and comfortable 😍 can you do a q/a video about moving to korea and how do you like communicate there, I'd definitely watch it! ❤
I love your style! also, the danish decorations, so freaking cute! :) if it was me living in Korea, I would of course have decorations from my home country.
I believe you could do white vinegar. Get a cup or whatever you prefer and let them soak for 15 min. I read about that. I'm not sure if it does work cause I haven't tried it. Give it a try, it just might ! 😊
About the earrings! If they are gold or goldplated, either you can go to a jewelery store and ask for them to polish it with polisher, or I personally use toothpaste for silverware (not too much), but I think gold could work too! They just oxidated a little, it happens oger time, from sweat, different water or even air. If they are fake, then I sadly dont know how to save them, keep fake jewelery away from water or being wet for too long at all costs, they get dark after that very very fast :/
Woah, this is really huge for that amount of money for a city like Seoul! so lucky for your first apartment, I hope you find something similar but more modern! ✨ I live in Düsseldorf (Germany) at the moment and I pay 400 for 20qm and my bathroom can't even fit a washing machine...
Oh it's sooo good considering me living NEAR seoul in a way smaller house(but new) paying 500000 won every month 😂 I definitely want a bigger house!! and I will decorate it like sissel!! Soooooo pretty❤️
yaaay i love it and wow that aparment is so big i like it i want to have a place like that for me! and of course i wanna see how you deco your next space .. deco shopping and stuff like that. i love your content so much
Sissel, just letting you know, don’t store your matcha powder in a clear container, sunlight damages it and it won’t last long. In the dark in a cupboard will keep it fresh for longer as long as it’s in an airtight container.
Hi Sissel, I see that you have troubles that changed the colour of your earrings. Please try to put the earrings in a plastic bag to seal and isolate from the air, because when the earrings are exposed to air and they will be oxidized on the surface so the colour changes. Hope it helps!
Holy moly! Only $400 and here I am overpaying 6 times more for my one bedroom 15 miles away from San Francisco. Super cutie face with angelic voice! ,👍

a little tip: you can use top coat nail polish to paint your jewelry so that they won't lose their original colour.
