Yes, it’s so true … sometimes I feel bad for being so truly deeply happy when there’s so much terror. But it gives me faith that it’s still possible to love.
I have one recommendation as you will get quite bigger: focus on really comfy underwear, yes the big preggers underwear that goes over your belly and gives a bit of support! And stretchy jersey dresses and flowy kaftan dresses to stay nice and cool. Any types of pants or skirts with a waist will feel uncomfortable soon. ❤🌼🌸🌺🤰

I’m in the UK and I only have 2 scans during my pregnancy. At 12 weeks and the anatomy scan at 20 weeks and that’s it. You get more if you have a high risk pregnancy though! It’s so different in every country
I also felt that sense of fulfillment, when I was pregnant. And I am happy to say having a baby def helped me let go of a lot of desperation I felt prior. Hence I have deduced that there is some sort of biological or hormonal drive, which urges women to procreate. Unfortunately this intense need was quite harmful and destructive in my life, because it kept me longing for relationships so intensively/ to such an extent that I was unable to see, when these relationships were bad for me. All of that has completely resolved, since giving birth. I am confident I would never chase after another man, or settle for anything less than perfection, nowadays. Essentially that means I can be happy and single without any regrets. So yes I highly recommend pregnancy and giving birth, too.
Found out we were also having a boy 2 weeks ago and I’m still over the moon about it🥺 been loving watching your pregnancy journey as I’m also on it and a few weeks behind you - I’ve never felt so calm and at peace with the things in my life despite being pregnant lol. Everyone tends to put all these anxieties and stresses on you that you have to do before baby is here, but I’ve fully embraced doing things at a certain pace. Your reminder to appreciate the beauty in doing nothing is such a grounding statement - wishing you a beautiful time in Denmark and I know baby boy will be so happy to spend that time with your family❤

I wish my life was able to slow down like this to enjoy life enough...I really liked what you said and how positive you feel being pregnant. My Mum was shamed for having me and hated me my whole life for it. I don’t know what it would feel like to have a Mother or Father (I don’t know my biological Father) want me. This precious baby is lucky already.

Fun fact, where I come from (Italy) we say that when you're pregnant with a boy the mother will look glowy and more beautiful than ever! As when the mother is preganant with a girl, the girl basically recieves the mothers beauty which si why the mother might look more dull an hove more breakouts lol Wishing you health for you and your pretty, little family
