hey ben, great vid! i space is important that it can be even shorter - call 3bet pre 65b = c3b 55 EvM 65Bef double barrel aggresively in 3bet pots = DB agg 3b pts more of mine - 3bet 4x SBvD, cbet 1/2 hu AJ2 mono, turn 6x x/raise 3x n fold vs 3b 2.2x = 3b4SvD, 1/2 hu AJ2m, 6x x/r3/f3b2.2
I would love to see a video on how to change your play when you're getting close to the bubble. So not the stone cold bubble but the period before that, for instance: 2600 people left when 2000 get paid. Thanks for the great content btw!
That's like basic stuff, you simply try to look for spots to steal blinds and open up more. Being a nit doesn't pay off unless you like to mincash. Also ICM doesn't matter until much deeper in payouts, so might as well push fold all those who wait for mincash.
Falling Star LOL. It’s actually a good video idea since play is so different depending on your stack size. If you have a big stack, go ahead and push people around. ICM doesn’t matter much? ICM matter tons here the closer we get to the bubble. You just have to play nitty if you’re short stacked since cashing is so important. It’s just that people don’t really care as much in the smaller buy in tournaments.
Do you make a difference when taking notes between freezeouts and pkos? I try to separate these because the play is fundamentally different, especially when bounty is involved
You still want to note things that can help you in future hands vs the player, of course these may be different things in PKO's compared to freezeouts, but the concept stays the same
Hi Ben! What I do to take notes it´s to take a print of the hand details on PT4 with gyazo, and than I paste the link into the player note box. When I have a new spot with the vilain I copy and paste the gyazo link from his box into a web navigator and I can see all he did with one click! An example here: gyazo.com/07af3d816d6dbbd8138420a370ac46ff
That is a nice idea Renan, the only downside is that you can't see in a quick second what adjustments you can make but first have to figure out the hand again
@@RaiseYourEdge Ya, in game it´s just for very close spots, so I use my time bank to analyze the hand, but the good thing it´s that you can later on take all the gyazo links and make better notes on the players at poker tracker or any other tracker you like! Specially for who plays with the same players everyday, wich is not my case hahaha. Best guys, love you all!
@@RaiseYourEdge Of course. It was kind of a joke. PT4 is taking useful notes itself but it cannot describe a very specific behaviour. And my notes are taken directly on the poker site where I am playing and not PT4. In the end, I use both.
I think you should play some high stakes tournaments. You have decent potential.
He already won some of the biggest high stakes tournaments. He's a machine! ;)
Nice suggestion, we will forward it to Ben
@Illmatic88 maybe, maybe not... ;)
😆 good one. LMAO
hey ben, great vid!
i space is important that it can be even shorter -
call 3bet pre 65b = c3b 55 EvM 65Bef
double barrel aggresively in 3bet pots = DB agg 3b pts
more of mine -
3bet 4x SBvD, cbet 1/2 hu AJ2 mono, turn 6x x/raise 3x n fold vs 3b 2.2x =
3b4SvD, 1/2 hu AJ2m, 6x x/r3/f3b2.2
It's very important it is easy to consume for you, so if you can make it even shorter and still understand it easily.. that's great!
Nice Video.... I would love to see a Video about labeling .
Glad you like it Jens, we will keep that suggestion in mind!
Same here!!! Excellent point
Great tips Ben!
I go with “he’s hero” for people that I should not bluff lol - also allows me to go big for value and thin value vs him.

great suggestion, we can also recommend to watch the liveplays on our channel and look at how Bencb plays these bubble spots!

Great vid! I have a Q tho, do you put these not in the "notes" on the poker client, or excel etc?

What % of poker players are long term winners?
5 to 10%
I let PT4 take notes for me 😉😅
They won’t be as accurate as when you do it manually

wtf why are you using piant XD
Bencb is an artist

You played KQ wrong. You should have shoved preflop.
Shoving KQo with ~60bb is certainly an interesting take
