CUDOS TO TEXAS BUT ARIZONA STATE HELD IT DOWN AND GOT THE RESPECT OF ALL COLLEGE FOOTBALL FANS! CAM DESERVES HEISMAN AND DILLINGHAM DESERVES COACH OF THE YEAR!!!! ESPN IS HYPE BIASED!!!
Hmmmm did the defensive player launch himself? Did the crown of the helmet make contact? Was the offensive player truly defenseless? If I honestly answer no to any of these then NOT textbook. Hence why it was not called when they reviewed it.
You guys did a 22 min video and didn’t mention the missed targeting call on Taaffe. Discredits your whole video. Shame. ASU should have been the team kicking a last second field goal. Given their kicking woes, there’s no guarantee they would have won in regulation. But they’re the team that should have had the chance to win in regulation. Refs blew it.
The missed targeting call was frustrating no doubt. It happens so often there is almost nothing to be said about it at this point other than it is entirely inconsistent. The refs can't seem to agree on what is and isn't targeting.
@@TexasRox You missed the point. The rule is there to protect the players. Inconsistent application of the rule only invites more bad injuries in the future. In this particular case, it most likely affected the outcome of the game.
Dude, guy with the Texas shirt on do you realize that we outgained them 510 yd to 320??? It obviously wasn't that hard for us they just had two big plays one on special teams!!! Come on man
@georgemonnatjr.172 agreed! That is what really made the difference. The two stops inside the 5 yard line was a killer. Can't wait to get some receivers for next season.
Skatapoop was completely contained by Texas defense for three and half quarters. Made him vomit for god sakes. He only came alive after the defense who stayed out on the field longer than they ever have all year were running on fumes and after they started resting Skatapoop every other play. They had to use trick plays to get back in the game. And to top it off a guard had to lift an exhausted Skatapoop into the end zone on that OT drive. If he can barely hang against Texas do y’all really think he can hang in the NFL? Be real.
Why is no one talking about the td that Asa offensive line man pink cam up and pulled him into the endzone link to what I am talking about that is illegal. This game them 7 points they shouldn't have even had th-cam.com/users/shortsfITPWsAy9GY?si=YKrwKYwzs5lhnfgH
I’ve seen a few other analysts talk about “what is targeting” and it’s a total mess. Seems like nobody can agree on what is or isn’t targeting. Some say it has to be crown of helmet, others say any contact with a “defenseless” players helmet…the refs themselves seem to all interpret it differently. It’s frustrating for everyone watching as it’s a total mystery when it is and isn’t called.
Scatabo was a mess. Physically and mentally shook. Yelling at his teammates and coaches. And was INDEED stopped on several crucial 3rd and 4th downs. What would the score be had he converted those crucial downs? 🤷🤷🤷 ASU probably wins. The trick plays were cool. His arrow shooting and talking to the camera was interesting. But at the end of the day, he let his team down. Out of shape and failed when it REALLY mattered. GG tho fr
That was one wild game!!! Fun watch
ASU fan here. Great podcast. I hit like and. Subscribed. Tough loss for the Devils.
Hopefully this season brings a new wave of recruits to the Sun Devils. We appreciate you subscribing to the channel! 🙏
I told ya about Skattebo. Dude is a high-speed tank.
I hope he ends up in Dallas

@@lionsden1984 not me
Quinn Ewers, calm and collected, made the plays to win.
Targeting is targeting. The was a text book definition of targeting
Still crying asi got all their first downs and points off penalties
ASU fans still crying
I'm a byu alum. You know that team Texas can't hold under 40 points
Hmmmm did the defensive player launch himself? Did the crown of the helmet make contact? Was the offensive player truly defenseless? If I honestly answer no to any of these then NOT textbook. Hence why it was not called when they reviewed it.
Are you talking about the obvious targeting against Isaiah Bond that wasn’t called?
53 yards rushing to me that seems like Texas had to fight for every yard
The 53 yards comes from bad coaching.

That bad call (no targeting) should not have been allowed to happen. It absolutely changed the outcome.
I just wish one video would show the more obvious targeting against Isaiah Bond against ASU that wasn’t called and didn’t then you guys would shut up
We did not talk about the other missed targeting call on Bond either, so it all works out.

Texas had huge plays on defense for turnovers on downs too. All those yards mean nothing if you don't get points. Scoreboard.
@georgemonnatjr.172 agreed! That is what really made the difference. The two stops inside the 5 yard line was a killer. Can't wait to get some receivers for next season.
@marksheehy4933 weird game, I think both fan bases ended up being angry. But ASU showed up and showed the world.
AZ played desperate; going for it on 4th down again and again.
@AliensAnonymous if you watch throughout the year, that is just how Kenny dillingham is. He's a gambler! Go big or go home!!
With 5 min left in the game
ASU had 442 yds and 25 first downs
Texas had 210 yds and 10 first downs
ASU getting praise for losing a game and Texas getting hate for winning it. I hate people’s hypocrisy.

The guard literally suplexed him into the end zone!
He won the MVP with a loss, man yall are awful winners. Give the dude his flowers.
Skatt out gained rushing yards 143, by himself vs the whole Texas team, 53 total rushing. And did it against Texas’ vaunted rushing D.
Cam vomited a sandwich and powerade. He felt much better afterwards.ASU outplayed Texass.Look at the stats.
Im super curious to see if he can be a legit NFL running back
Is jst me or is ewers the worst QB left out of the 4 teams left ?
It's just you 😂😂

It is similar to the Bush push so I don't think it is illegal anymore.
@SaturdayvsSunday pushing is allowed but pulling is not
Seriously ???? we owned the second half.
Not targeting- front of helmet on front of helmet. Similar call was not targeting on Az State.

Targeting
ASU robbed
Horrible play calling on the TEXAS offense side.
Yeah, if the Longhorns cannot get the run game going and clean up the penalties, they're going to be in big trouble against the Buckeyes.
@@SaturdayvsSunday Totally agree with you sir!
Nobody's talking about the kickers ??? Terrible 😢
Auburn just doesn't have the composure for big moments, and ASU got blocked, nothing too crazy about either of those
The kickers were terrible. . Not much more to say.

Wow! That is the worst take of the year!! LMAO
I think Stevie wonder watched the game more attentively than you did
Scattabo was clearly sick. Threw up on the sideline. And still accounted for 284 yards of total offense. That’s called grit.
Scatteboo cooked Texas something serious lol. Stop this
Scattebo put more yards on Texas defense than Georgia during sec championship. Cope and seethe hater
And that orange trash will always get the calls. They always have.
Stop them on 4th and 13 and you still win!
