I think I found a gem! You are fairly new but seriously I thought you had like 50k subs because this was so good and thorough. I love how you give plenty of seasoning to your food. Thanks for the tips, this was very helpful, especially how you get ahead so you have things already made. Lunch ideas, yes!

I really really enjoyed this. It is very good timing for my family! This is what I am currently working one I have found that if I really try to stay two or three days ahead with my food and meal prep I feel more calm, I welcome the kids into the kitchen to help so much more, meals are more delicious, and if I/we have a hard day I can let the food prep go and focus on the needs of my family and not worry about getting a meal on the table. I have been really enjoying sourdough and it naturally has made me prep the day before with feeding my starter for a certain amount that is needed for a recipe.
Something that I have found that helps my family is that we have a meal rotation for breakfast- Monday is oat bake, Tuesday is muffins, Wednesday is quiche, Thursday is oatmeal, Friday are pancakes, Saturdays is quiche, and then Sundays are for something special. Now this is just a reminder for me that way I know what the base of the meal is, I will add sides or fruit and milk or smoothie if needed. My kids range from 14-4 so it really depends. But this helps me to not have decisions to think through after a long day.
You are one of my favorite ladies to watch here on youtube. Thanks for always encouraging moms. I know that my journey is better because of you. Thanks for your time.

I haven’t sewn something in a LONG time. It’s not the season right now. 😅 But I love these shirt dresses to wear every day. They’re my “uniform.”

How do you make your rice so that it reheats well? I make sticky rice in the IP, but it doesn't store & reheat well.

I use long grain (basmati) and add butter to the pot while it’s cooking to keep it from sticking together. I’m guessing that’s why it works out well.

That could be it! Thank you, I'll try that.
Thank you for the helpful video and encouragement to take time to be thankful for the mouths to feed! ❤️
