Men have drives and that is what allowed us to be biologically successful. That desire to be with other people sexually does not stop just because a man loves a woman. Some men can discipline themselves to have only the mate they married while other men can’t. No one would look at you funny if you said you like two flavors of ice cream, but people somehow think it strange that a man can love two or three women. They had “harems” in the past for this reason.
Karl was truly the only sympathetic character in the series, with Simone a close second after she stopped being bitchy. The other two plotlines had every major character being manipulative and/or straight up psychopathic.

And no matter how much she loves him she still manipulated him several times throughout the series. She straight up gaslights him....OP said "manipulative and/or straight up psychopathic" she might not have been psychopathic but she was manipulative and it's actually not up for debate. Come on, now.

And then tried to pretend she hadn't lied about it "im pretty sure I said months" when knew she had said weeks? All BEFORE he relapsed. Taylor sucks for the first 9 episodes of season 1 😂
