Sit quietly in the sun for just five or ten minutes and just breath and listen. Cat nap if you can. Siesta if possible. Just make sure whatever you do, turn off your brain and breath into your heart, even if only for 10 seconds between one task and the next. Three deep breaths before you move on. Source doesn't need much of a gap to get in, it won't miss even the smallest opportunity, trust it, trust yourself. You are one after all.
Oh yes absolutely, I feel exhausted already since a few month, so thats why my spirit guides keep telling me to focus on self care, same as lLee mentioned. In my channelings I receive the message that this exhaustion somes first from the shift of energy, the inner healing process and the collective tensions. So grounding, going into nature, meditation and lots of laughing is what helps me to gain back my energy.

The difference between yesterday and today is huge. Yesterday was anniversary of moms passing and i really allowed myself to feel it let it go and know she is always with me.
In my opinion, the fear of 2020 woke up many people however many went into an even deeper slumber. I am dealing with this with close family members. This is heartbreaking but I continue to say to myself this is what has to happen and it’s for the best of everyone involved. Thank you Lee 🙏 I patiently wait for your updates every month. So far I have been quite sturdy with everything that’s happening on our planet. But lately, living in Germany, I’m getting a little bit worried about being forced into vaccination. I've been crying nearly every day for an hour or 2 for the last 3 to 4 years. No exaggeration it's a miracle I am still here. I'm just so tired of not sleeping, exhaustion feeling dead inside. I hope it passes soon, it is hard to bear.
Oh! That happened to me for two years. It's exhausting...though I did have a post-cry high after. On the upside, this crying is serving a purpose--it's releasing all kinds of trauma so that you be able to be more yourself...on a deeper level. But it's hard to deal with with no apparent end in sight. You're strong!

ARCHangels who are assigned as our protectors 😁 I prefer to see it as a game, a leveling up, rather than, "I'm better than you because I'm 5D," type of mentality which would definitely be 3D. It takes an astronomical amount of tedious inner work and service to others to reach 5D, so in that respect, it's a badge of honor. It's never a bragging right, but it is quite an accomplishment. I truly love your work & energy and enjoy listening to your wisdom. your message totaly resonates with me. In my work as Intuitive I experience the same trend. I see that a lot of tensions and exhaustions has built up and that we are now coming into a phase, where we cant really escape from healing. I see that we are somehow forced to look inside, to heal all wounds in order to be able to get ahead with the shift of energy which is taking place. As this also consumes a lot of energy for me, I also get on a daily basis the advice from my spirit guides to prioritize self care in order to get overwhelmed. So I tell my clients, Priority 1, 2 amd 3 should be them and nothing else.

Thank you Lee. 💖 my guides are excellent. They make me drop things and walk into things when I need to slow down. If I don’t listen they get out a 2x4 and cause me to drive my car off of edges that require tow trucks, then if I’m really not listening they fracture bones by making me fall. That was two years ago. When the dropping and bumping started last week I stopped and did nothing very much.

Oh! That happened to me for two years. It's exhausting...though I did have a post-cry high after. On the upside, this crying is serving a purpose--it's releasing all kinds of trauma so that you be able to be more yourself...on a deeper level. But it's hard to deal with with no apparent end in sight. You're strong!

A close family member was struck by a vehicle but safely will be fine in long run. Triggered this rise of conflict and at same time reunions with loving friends. @@cameronwalker6825 Thank you for your perspective. However, the Universe in this octave is a hierarchy by design. That's why there are 7th density (7D) Angels... and wait for it... ARCHangels who are assigned as our protectors 😁 I prefer to see it as a game, a leveling up, rather than, "I'm better than you because I'm 5D," type of mentality which would definitely be 3D. It takes an astronomical amount of tedious inner work and service to others to reach 5D, so in that respect, it's a badge of honor. It's never a bragging right, but it is quite an accomplishment. Abject "exhaustion" by osmosis from the environment in the last couple weeks of April; "shock and awe" have been the dominant. Just noticed that the patterns of the upcoming month have been foreshadowed . I love the Energy readings for the resonances but more so because lightworkers, empaths constantly field a gamut of vibrational signatures coming at them all at once. I`m very happy to receive your guidance always! for me I started cords cutting meditations with my deceiced ancestros, which has amazing results...I feel and see energy much clearer and connect with my spirit guides very often for messages. In my dreams i see frequently my grandmother, who passed away last year, and I miss her. I also see myself crying, or sleeping deeply, or dancing, which doesnt happen in reality. I think it`s deep cleansing and releasing energy.

I truly love your work & energy and enjoy listening to your wisdom. your message totaly resonates with me. In my work as Intuitive I experience the same trend. I see that a lot of tensions and exhaustions has built up and that we are now coming into a phase, where we cant really escape from healing. I see that we are somehow forced to look inside, to heal all wounds in order to be able to get ahead with the shift of energy which is taking place. As this also consumes a lot of energy for me, I also get on a daily basis the advice from my spirit guides to prioritize self care in order to get overwhelmed. So I tell my clients, Priority 1, 2 amd 3 should be them and nothing else.

That is so well said and has really helped me as I've been feeling quite bullied over the past year (if I didn't agree with someone), and I couldn't understand why folks have become so aggressive with their opinions. Around the Super full moon...I became so sick, I knew both April and the Super full moon were very auspicious stepping stones in the universe, I'm finally coming back into the world now with a new shell and outlook and a veil that truly shines ... Some light ear work,... scalp/craniel/occiput stimulation... working along the lamina groove down the spinus process,... Reflexology for the clients focus issues... above & below the site of actual pain/ discomfort. Most times after checking in on pressure, I inevitably hear snoring. and it pleases me. Stress is a choice as well as an oppourtunity. This system of things is broken so that it can get fixed. So when I heard you say that self care is so important now.... its also what I've been expressing to them. Not self gratification but soothing, nurturing treatments. Thank you Lee. 💖 my guides are excellent. They make me drop things and walk into things when I need to slow down. If I don’t listen they get out a 2x4 and cause me to drive my car off of edges that require tow trucks, then if I’m really not listening they fracture bones by making me fall. That was two years ago. When the dropping and bumping started last week I stopped and did nothing very much.
