yes dancing can help lose weight but you'd need an overall diet change, im down 73lbs since last year and i still have a long way to go but weightloss isn't meant to be a quick thing especially if you have a considerable amount to lose, anyone wanting to lose weight please do it safely and don't eat to little its not worth it
Any advice for diet change for someone with a textural disorder??? I have a hard time eating healthy due to food textures causing me to vomit or gag. Eating vegetables, fruits, or really anything too thick, crunchy, or stringy is torture. I found the only way I can loose weight is excessive exercise and one meal a day. And the only point in my life when I was thin was when I was underweight due to medications I was on that caused lack of appetite so i really never ate much at all. Like a few bites of dinner and breakfast for 4-5 years. Now I’m off that medication and feel terrible I have gotten so fat for the course of the years and I feel so lost.

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS, LIKE MAN- My experience for now: I’ve been dancing K-pop for probably half a year or less, and like my stomach it’s hella flat, and I was bloated- and even if I eat something my stomach doesn’t get bloated a lot, only a little, idk if that too has to do with it, but i guess so. The dances aren’t that hard as they seem, or at least for me. The hard part aren’t the dances, the hard part is look for people that teach you how to dance them. Once you started your “journey” it would be hard at first an all, but later on, you will enjoy the sweating and learn new choreographies. An advantage too is that u may become a fast learner! Well..., I dance everyday 1, 2 or even 3 hours, but that’s very rarely, I’m mostly in the mood of only 1 and a half hours. But here’s a reminder: Don’t do it just to get “fit” or “skinnier”, do it too for yourself, and because you enjoy this type of things. Now, here some channels I recommend for tutorials for either fast or more slower learners: LEIA Imlisarhee Ellen and brian Liana Dance Savage angels

I’m going to try to lose weight I only have two months to lose weight it’s because it’s my birthday and I want to look like a Queen I will not eat Chocolate/chips I can eat chips once I feel like I will And Soda I don’t drink soda everyday or Every week I probably drink 5 soda a month or less cause I don’t like drinking much soda And eating I just eat pizza roll and egg Ig and I will dance and do other workouts and I will try to take care of myself and I will workout out for 30 minutes for a few days then 1 hours for a few weeks then after 1 month I will do 1 hour and 30 minutes and then after my birthday I will still do workouts but I stop doing it everyday I probably do it 4 times a week and still dance and do workout and my weight goal is to be 85-90 I’m 120 I’m 4’7 if I was 5’3 I think I would love my body but since I’m 4’7 and short but I will do this and other workouts My birthday is June 6 So it’s in two months I will work hard ❤️❤️
@@mate9455 motivation is important. it's okay if you don't feel like you wanna do anything for once. but things you can do are to follow a motivation account on instagram or search for some motivation on pinterest. but please don't force yourself to do something, please also take care of yourself. you should also remind yourself: "if i do it now, i won't ever regret it later, because i can't change it later" and it's totally fine to start over many more times, just so you know, if you always procrastinate and don't do certain things, you won't ever see results and you won't be happy. the only other thing i can say is, stand up, do it, you won't regret it for the rest of your life! keep going, you got this!!💖

im pulling a Lisa rn but tbh hylt is one of the easiest songs to dance SJKM Also I think its bcs im so used to dancing but itzy songs are pretty easy to dance and learn? here's a tip from someone who has danced for 7 years if you're trying to learn a dance I know a lot of people watch tutorials but start by learning the video itself because tutorials are mirrored and at the time you dance the song you'll be doing it wrong sided to to it being mirrored now if you are struggling with something from the dance watch the tutorial and do it the other side from what they are for example: if they are doing a move to the right you do it left that way it won't be mirrored also another tip start with feet and the proceed to hands , that will make it easier to dance to and after you manage that you basically have learned the dance and all Is left is moving body and face expressions and that's it lmao

I tried these choreo's one by one and finally dance it all consecutively in a day and guess what. I had almost break my neck, arms, hips and legs, sprained my ankle and had my whole body aching the next few days. The good thing that happened is I found that I actually have talent in dancing and I also lost weight (4kg). Btw, it took me around 20 days. I learn the full choreography in 2-3 days.

I have been learning kpop dances(mostly girls’) during quarantine(I have never danced before) just to not gain weight. I have to say Twice and Itzy’s dances are the most tiring one, because you need to do sharp moves and when it comes to twice, it is really important to keep timing, because they have a lot of moves with sitting, moving in synchronisation with other girls. Hello there :D I just want to say that dancing too much in a day might cause sore muscles and it means that the muscles are overworked which happened me many times. But then I adjusted my routine and only dance for 1 hour a day and 2-3 times a week. And also if you're a mesomorph like me and wants a slim figure, DO NOT overwork your muscles because that might cause bulkiness. Have a great day!

My experience for now:
I’ve been dancing K-pop for probably half a year or less, and like my stomach it’s hella flat, and I was bloated- and even if I eat something my stomach doesn’t get bloated a lot, only a little, idk if that too has to do with it, but i guess so.
The dances aren’t that hard as they seem, or at least for me. The hard part aren’t the dances, the hard part is look for people that teach you how to dance them.
Once you started your “journey” it would be hard at first an all, but later on, you will enjoy the sweating and learn new choreographies. An advantage too is that u may become a fast learner!
Well..., I dance everyday 1, 2 or even 3 hours, but that’s very rarely, I’m mostly in the mood of only 1 and a half hours. But here’s a reminder: Don’t do it just to get “fit” or “skinnier”, do it too for yourself, and because you enjoy this type of things.
Now, here some channels I recommend for tutorials for either fast or more slower learners:

I just close the door of my room and adjust the volume and dance as hard as I can.. but I’ve realised that dancing is way more fun that exercise routine!
I’m going to try to lose weight I only have two months to lose weight it’s because it’s my birthday and I want to look like a Queen I will not eat Chocolate/chips I can eat chips once I feel like I will And Soda I don’t drink soda everyday or Every week I probably drink 5 soda a month or less cause I don’t like drinking much soda And eating I just eat pizza roll and egg Ig and I will dance and do other workouts and I will try to take care of myself and I will workout out for 30 minutes for a few days then 1 hours for a few weeks then after 1 month I will do 1 hour and 30 minutes and then after my birthday I will still do workouts but I stop doing it everyday I probably do it 4 times a week and still dance and do workout and my weight goal is to be 85-90 I’m 120 I’m 4’7 if I was 5’3 I think I would love my body but since I’m 4’7 and short but I will do this and other workouts My birthday is June 6 So it’s in two months I will work hard ❤️❤️

@@mate9455 motivation is important. it's okay if you don't feel like you wanna do anything for once. but things you can do are to follow a motivation account on instagram or search for some motivation on pinterest. but please don't force yourself to do something, please also take care of yourself. you should also remind yourself: "if i do it now, i won't ever regret it later, because i can't change it later" and it's totally fine to start over many more times, just so you know, if you always procrastinate and don't do certain things, you won't ever see results and you won't be happy. the only other thing i can say is, stand up, do it, you won't regret it for the rest of your life! keep going, you got this!!💖

here's a tip from someone who has danced for 7 years
if you're trying to learn a dance I know a lot of people watch tutorials but start by learning the video itself because tutorials are mirrored and at the time you dance the song you'll be doing it wrong sided to to it being mirrored now if you are struggling with something from the dance watch the tutorial and do it the other side from what they are
for example: if they are doing a move to the right you do it left that way it won't be mirrored
also another tip start with feet and the proceed to hands , that will make it easier to dance to and after you manage that you basically have learned the dance and all Is left is moving body and face expressions and that's it lmao

I would say, basically all of *Dreamcatcher's* choreos
I tried these choreo's one by one and finally dance it all consecutively in a day and guess what. I had almost break my neck, arms, hips and legs, sprained my ankle and had my whole body aching the next few days.
The good thing that happened is I found that I actually have talent in dancing and I also lost weight (4kg).
Btw, it took me around 20 days. I learn the full choreography in 2-3 days.

wannabe really did help me tone up i’ve been doing it since maybe june-july 2020 and by august i was in shape
i once learned and danced to wannabe for 3 days straight (at least 4x of repetitions a day) and lemme tell you I lost 3 kg in 3 days, just wow
I have been learning kpop dances(mostly girls’) during quarantine(I have never danced before) just to not gain weight. I have to say Twice and Itzy’s dances are the most tiring one, because you need to do sharp moves and when it comes to twice, it is really important to keep timing, because they have a lot of moves with sitting, moving in synchronisation with other girls. If you in this, I hope dance practices will help you not only lose weight or be fit, but also be positive as you dance as your biases and idols ahah

Hello there :D I just want to say that dancing too much in a day might cause sore muscles and it means that the muscles are overworked which happened me many times. But then I adjusted my routine and only dance for 1 hour a day and 2-3 times a week. And also if you're a mesomorph like me and wants a slim figure, DO NOT overwork your muscles because that might cause bulkiness. Have a great day!

yeah kinda, hylt is very easy indeed, though I feel like if you want learn some of the songs like perfectly with all the steps and movements correct they can be quite hard tho. But yeah some of them are easy tho :)
