Garlic Cheese Bread - soft and aromatic!

Ingredients
Dough: 1 2/3 cups of bread flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 large egg
1 tsp of yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
1/4 of salt
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
Topping: 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
1/4 tsp of salt (if you use the salted butter, you skip the salt)
1 tsp of honey
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp of fresh minced garlic
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
green onions
mozzarella cheese
