    The middle seat at the back kinda disappointing. It's make the 3rd person not comfortable while making the seat a bit higher. Not suitable for family with 3 kids I guess.

    Hi Sir, do you have any numbers for the ground clearance of the Turbo variant? And have you felt the additional weight with the way it drive as compared to the Civic RS? Thanks! 😊

    The best sub compact design I’ve seen so far. Disappointed though other countries were given better variants release. What happened to the RS badge and eHEV? Other features seem missing compared to other countries like the kick sensor, remote start, wider head end display, side camera, 18-inch wheels.

    • @ZigWheelsPhilippines
      @ZigWheelsPhilippines  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Thank you for your question! We can’t discount the fact that Honda may yet bring in more variants of the HR-V. And in an interview with our editor, the Honda Cars Philippines president said to expect hybrid models soon.

    • @jl8655
      @jl8655 ปีที่แล้ว

      More disappointing here in Australia. Base model no rear A/C vents, no fog lights and non-leather steering wheel. Despite missing those features, it’s P150K more expensive here.

    like : exterior and interior design, turbo engine and HSS, rear aircon vents, air diffuser, ULTR, descent control
    not like : no turbo for the S, no panoramic sun/moon roof, 2nd row seat not level, no rear sensor
    but overall still a very nice small SUV for everyday driving

    Hello Sir Roy. First, i'm planning to buy a toyota corolla cross hybrid but the problem is there's so many lines and reservation. They said to me there's inconsistent production and i'm looking for alternative because i want to buy a new car already. Is this Honda HR-V turbo is the best alternative if ever?

    • @ZigWheelsPhilippines
      @ZigWheelsPhilippines  ปีที่แล้ว

      In terms of FC, there really is nothing quite like a hybrid but the Honda HR-V Turbo does compete well with where the Cross Hybrid also shines: interior and tech features. It's well worth a look!

    actually the competition for the HRV are not the Chinese but rather the gas variant of Honda CRV (around 50k more) as well as base Mazda CX5 (around 200k more)

    • @rich4967

      Drop the coolray. Go with the HRV. The most reliable cars are from japan.

    • @marcog832
      @marcog832 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    • @rich4967
      @rich4967 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Friend of mine bought a Geely because of the price and she’s got nightmares - transmission is bad, fuel efficiency is different than advertised, wheel bearings easily damaged, breaks are porpoising, a lot of electrical and grounding issues.

    • @mypointofview5400
      @mypointofview5400 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not true. Owned one for 2 years already. Never had the issues you mentioned. The fuel efficiency is achieved when running on a highway but admittedly not the ideal on a heavy traffic.

      In terms of ride comfort the Civic sedan still has the edge over the HR-V due to the longer wheelbase on the latter :-) thanks for your comment!

    Dissapointed with the lack of Hybrid option. The cross is still better even though its tech is outdated.
    The top end territory beats the base version while cross hybrid is better than the turbo.

    Engine noise does not 'permeate' into the cabin, its just plain loud and forces its racket into the cabin. Talk about euphemism! Sheesh!
