Great video. So I have a Rod of Kepeleke that has a greater affix for chance to hit twice and maximum resource BUT with a blue number of only 2.2%. I was priorizing this over a 2.7% rod because I was thinking the greater affixes trumped the blue number. Am I wrong? I was thinking that hitting twice would be double damage and the resource would make up for the low blue number.
The multiplier is the most important part. The difference between a GA and a non-ga chance to cast twice is miniscule compared to the difference on those multipliers.
