Hi Philip, I'm bit confused at 18:15, you picked straight and tapered, but leave out upscaled version? Aren't straight and tapered just 1024x1024 px? And upscaled 4k? Why did we create upscaled version if thats not what's going to be sold? Or did we upscale straight and tapered? I may have missed this :)
I'm following your directions, and when you go to create the canvas at section 9:54 of your video, I don't get any options that allow me to add listing files (section 10:12 of your video) I can create the custom size canva and that all. I know this is a year-old video, any suggestions??
the "add listing files" button is still in the same place and still appears for me. Are you perhaps very zoomed in on your browser or something? Otherwise I'm not sure how to help with this other than reach out to support or post a screenshot of your canvas in their community page

Quick question: 1- You have fewer mockups than 10 - is digital different because I've been told to always have 10 mockups. You were the one who introduced me to MyDesigns a bit over 2 months ago. I knew there had to be a better and less time-consuming way of doing things and, though the learning curve was Everest-high for me, I am so grateful for your help with this and all your other amazing videos! PS - I have to watch this again and take notes this time LOL
I don't think you have to have 10 mockups. The customer isn't going to count. But of course you can add more than I showed in this example. Glad you to hear you think I explained it well :)

Did you write the product titles separately for each item? 1. After upscaling and resizing to the tumbler dimensions the quality is more than high enough to sell as as a digital download :) 2. Those were all filled in by vision ai, I didn't write them separately I do have a playlist that has multiple tutorials of selling shirts & other products with mydesigns as well

Thank you for a detailed VDO Phillip. I came across your previous tutorial a month ago and have been using it on Mydesigns. Quick question, shouldn't the Upscale be saved in Straight as PNG (@11:15) as this file will be sent to the customer to be used as PNG? Thanks again for such a great tutorial!
Technically it doesn't make a difference as there is no transparency on this file. So either jpeg or PNG works. But since the listing data says PNG it would be better to save as png you're right. Thanks for pointing that out!
@@PhilipAnders can I overwrite the JPEG file afterwards with a PNG file, i.e. after I have already listed it, or will the ordering process then no longer work...?
@@crazyfrency you can overwrite without affecting orders. But I think they will still download a jpeg file. It uses whichever files you selected during the publishing stage. I could be wrong though. Might be a good question for Curtis mydesigns support or their weekly qna's

Thank you for this video, you explained it way better than the guy from MD, however, I followed your instructions but my mock ups are all showing as if the tumbler is black, my images had their background removed, any ideas of what I did wrong or how to fix it, I want the mock ups with a white tumbler. Hey got a question for you. When you create a image in SD3 is there a way for the image to fade out toward the border. When I put them on a shirt I don't want them to look like square.

OK so I got to the point of the mockups but my files don't fit correctly into them? There's white space showing. I changed the files to 4096x4096 and it was still not fitting correctly. :(

Hi no when he upscaled the version he then saved the upscaled version over the straight version and overwrote it, thats why.

technically it makes no difference if that file is png or jpeg. But yeah it would be better to save as png as that's what the listing says

After I use vision AI, nothing pops up like in your video that shows the preview of the listing. I don't know where to find that and I am stuck

Some of the designs don't look seamless, which I think most buyers want.
