Are the parking lines off center since the camera is slightly off center? If so, are they adjustable to center the parking lines not just up and down but side to side?
The guidelines cannot be adjusted. While they are off slightly to one side, it's not as much as you would expect and I've not found it to be a problem. -Ari
Looks good. But I need this for back of caravan whilst towing and to replace the interior car mirror. So need it on all the time. What a shame continuous display isn’t a practical option.
Yes, that is unfortunate because the quality and power supply are good enough to accommodate that kind of use, but the 90-seconds max timeout precludes it. Good luck as you continue your search!
Great review. I value your opinion because you are an ex Roadtreker. Will this work mounted to the A/C cover at the rear top looking down? Is the range of the wireless good enough? The alternator on our 07 Versatile Chevy Roadtrek is fussy and this would be no load. Thank you for the help on switching to LED interior lights. What a difference. Safe Travels.
If you could find a way to attach it to the back cover of the A/C, I believe you would be able to tilt it enough to make it work. If I remember correctly the total angle up and down is 70°. Also, the wireless range should be plenty with the length of that van. I'm glad the light swap worked well for you. Safe travels to you, as well! -Ari
The refrigerator ran on propane while traveling. The batteries couldn't keep up because it was an older 3-way fridge that was very inefficient on the DC setting.
Thank you so much for replying I ordered one thru your link that you provided to other inquirer’s question. It says it won’t be delivered by 30th, but after I damaged my bumper twice while backing, I learned about this kind of gadget existed for older cars. Thank you so very much 🙏

How does your roadtrek charge the Refrigerator when I don't solar

In the new van that we tow the Airstream with, we have a Dometic powered cooler that we run off of a Jackery power station.

The camera can be tilted up and down by 70 degrees if I remember correctly. But it cannot be turned side to side. -Ari
