Gender and religion also play a significant role in shaping one's political attitude. Eg - Women tend to vote to the liberal parties in the hope to get freedom of choice. People seem to favour the parties which consists of people of their religion. Thanks for your efforts SIR 💯
Age also plays role in forming political attitude. For instance: Older people are conservative, they'll wish to have political democracy while younger ones would want Economic democracy. As they're more liberal/radical. Hence they're interested in changes because they'll live to enjoy fruits of those changes.
What difference between ethical management and management of ethics. How to tackle these type of questions as they can add any tern before and after ethics
hahaha.. No. No they won't add Ethics before and after any term. It will be something that we can write something relevant upon. Well, yes, you would be required to read a lot. And make coherent ideas in your head. And regarding your question (though I am no authority) on Ethical Management and Management of Ethics, I believe the former is the use of Ethics in your organisation. That is, if all the stakeholders are included in Decision Making. Or if the organisation values only Economy as an Ethics or does it also value Environmental Ethics, equal opportunity to all, gender neutrality, etc. Whereas the latter means how Private and Public Ethics shall not interfere in each others' operation in an organisation. For instance, if my family members also happen to be my customers, I shall not treat my family members as privileged customers or differently than the rest. A lot can be written here regarding Code of Ethics, Service Rules, etc. But yes, you'd have to read a lot and that is what we encourage our viewers to do regularly. Soon, we are also starting a program where we will organise sessions for our viewers where relevant books will be discussed with them regularly to broaden their horizons. I hope you'll benefit from the same :)
The Constitution and its Amendments lead to changes in political behavior. For eg. the Enactment of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution made a lot of people like/dislike the political system of India. . will it come under National Issues or not as given in the lecture?
