Thank you sir ❤
🤗
For ASHA, importance of condom example, isn't it also a fact that the patriarchal mindset of the decision taker (husband) needs to be changed too. Since women mostly do not have the decision taking power in most cases. So Male Health Worker needed to bring about an attitudinal change in men too. "Lipstick under my Burkha" scene showing the women cannot take condom decision is true in most cases.
That's very rightly put.
We often study this in Sociology that how population policy can't fructify until patriarchal values and ideas are not abandoned.
thanks sir
Sir your ethics classes is awesome.... excellent....thank you
Sociology classes too
8:10ambigious laws -1 hindu n sikh dalits under sc list but not muslim n chistian dalits ,2 rape as crime u/s 376ipc but not marital rape,
child marriage issue:- Individual people feel that
the traditions and norms are stronger than the law and
institution and rarely report case.
Sterilization of women our society is also traditions in our society especially common in rural areas.
Thank u Sir🙏
Thank you so much 💓sir
Thank you so much for the video sir if possible could you add subtitles so that people from non Hindi background wouldn't face any difficulty.
Thanks a ton sir
Sir, I could not think of any examples of ambiguous laws. Please share if you have any.
1.Marriage ceremony in an area where section 144 of crpc is imposed
2. National highway ban in jammu and kashmir during amarnath yatra
Ambiguous laws:
1. Recent amendment to Child labour Act which prohibit employment of children below 14 years in all occupations EXCEPT where the child helps his family after school hours.
2. HIV bill which reads, measures for providing, AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, anti-retroviral therapy.
3. Age of consent, POCSO vs Sec 375. Rape having different laws inside marriage and outside.
3. Laws in India against gambling.
Great, like always :)

Yes bro
Hello sir..... I'm requesting to u.... 🙏🙏 plz clear me one doubt..... What is the difference between imapartiality nd objectivity?
For eg : love jihad law
Impartiality : when the law does not only more concerned about muslim conversion
Objectivity : looking forceful conversion in all the religions equally without focussing a particular community based on the mandates and rigorous investigation
