- chicken seekh kabab by cooking with passion can also make with mutton or beef
ingredients
_ Coriander seeds (Dhania) 1 & 1/2 Tbs
_ Cumin seeds (Zeera) 1 Tbs
_ Dried Red Chili (Long or round) 4 - 5 or to taste (Chili flakes can also be used)
_ tailed pepper (kabab chini) 1/2 Tsp
_ long pepper (pippali) 1
_ all spices (garam masala) 1 Tsp Recipe 👉 • Garam Masala Recipe | ...
_ salt (namak) 1 & 1/2 Tsp or to taste
_ Red chili powder (lal mirch) 1/4 Tsp
_ ground chicken (keema) 1 kg
_ onion (pyaz) 2 medium size (chopped)
_ fresh coriander (dhania) 1/4 cup
_ green chili (Hari mirch) 1 Tsp (chopped) or to taste
_ clarified butter (Ghee) 2 Tbs

Maa Shaa Allah..today I tried..I already have tail pepper, this time when I went for short vecation I bought thippili (long pepper) from India. I made masala today. Just tried kabab. Amazing 😍. Thanks for good suggestion.💞
