    Apart from this, wo don’t know much about these three. So, what are these? What are the differences? And what are their liabilities?
    On 16th September 1961, Kwan leaders established Taesudo Association, Later, it changed to Korea Taekwondo Association (KTA). In 1966 some KTA members left KTA with Choi Hong Hi and on 22nd March 1966, Choi Hong Hi established International Taekwondo Federation in Seol, South Korea. Between 1960 and 1970, South Korean Government wished to avoid North Korean influence on the Martial Arts but ITF president Choi Hong Hi sought support for the Martial Art from all quarters, including North Korea. In response, in 1973 South Korea withdrew its support for ITF. The ITF continued to function as an independent federation. After Choi Hong Hi’s retirement ITF split in 2001 and then again in 2002 to create three separate federations each of which continues to operate today under the same name and claims that they are original. On 30th November 1972 KUKKIWON established by KTA and officially named on 6th February 1973. Kukkiwon is also called World Taekwondo Academy and is the only Official Taekwondo Governing Organization established by South Korean Government. Kukkiwon leads the development of Taekwondo, It organize Poom/Dan promotion test that is necessary to participate any event or championship organized by WT. Kukkiwon educate the Taekwondo Masters, it organizes 1st 2nd 3rd Instructor Course, Foreign Instructor, Course, Referee Course, Poomsae Referee Course, it refine their Technical, Physical, Mental and their Social skills.
    On 28th May 1973, The World Taekwondo Federation was established with the support of KTA and KUKKIWON. WTF is responsible for development and growth as an International Sport Taekwondo is an Olympic Game Since 2000 Sydney Olympics. Both ITF and WTF are very different from each other Both has different training pattern, Both has different sparring rules, Both has different uniforms. Hand attacks to the head are allowed in ITF Sparring, full contact fight is not allowed. Players are instructed that if they injured the opponent then they will be disqualified.
    There is 1 point for any valid hand technique to a target area or foot technique to the mid-section area,
    2 points for any valid jumping hand technique to a target area, jumping foot
    technique to the mid-section area or foot technique to the high-section area,
    3 points for any valid jumping foot technique to the high-section are.
    Fouls in ITF rules sparring include full contact, attacking a fallen opponent, leg sweep, holding, grabbing. ITF competition area is typically a 10x10m square and it has 3 to 5 referees.
    At the time of competition, the Competitor must wear ITF approved foot protector, hand gloves. Head Guard is optional and there is not chest guard in ITF
