You say you want to keep it Mazda the rotary engine is Mazda heck it's more Mazda than anything else lol but I'm still going to check this out because this is a build I'm wanting to do I have a old 1986 b2000 and a complete 1991 Miata here at my house but it's in rough shape but the truck is not in bad shape. The last job I seen someone put a Miata engine in on TH-cam the creator was not very friendly and wouldn't answer questions about his build.

@@HyperspeedMedia I watched all of your videos yesterday about the truck great work on the build I want to do the same thing just n/a i want simple and reliable only thing is I'll be using a long nose 1.6 out out of a 1991 miata I have the complete car just in rough condition not worth fixing the body and interior and the truck is in great condition and worth more as far work and fun. Ive owned the truck for over 10 years and the motor gave out and she's been sitting for 3 years in the back of my shop.

Is the non vvt engine better to turbo than the vvt engine?? Or is it just less complicated?
Thevvt is usually more money. It can be done very easily with the vvt. I think he just happened to have this one around.
This is the NON-VVT , and Non-Turbo. But it will be turbo once I'm done.

Not the best engine, but it's a good alternative options
What year motor
Any year 90-2005 will work, but in the video is a 99-00 Engine.
