Thanks for watching! And thanks to Loco Mono for driving! It was a fun trip and much more enjoyable than my own experience with my vehicle when I first moved here 🤣 but that’s a story for another time 😝🦋

Oh those winding roads!! At least the weather was better for this trip! Love all the beautiful scenery. Did you go to Walmart while you were there??

Done that drive so many times over the past 7 months. It is a beautiful drive but, sure can get tedious when you are stuck behind 2 or 3 big 18 wheelers. A 40 minute drive can take 1.5 hrs on some days. We love that part of Costa Rica. We just left there a week ago after 7 months in the mountains. Now in Guanacaste where we just bought property. Will be starting our own builds soon. Will you be staying in that area? are you thinking of moving around the country?

Hi!! Congratulations on your property and upcoming build!! Yes it’s gorgeous here but I definitely know what you mean about the 1.5 hours when getting behind trucks. My first time was eye opening LOL
Actually I am looking at moving closer to the corcodova National park area a little further south but you never know. Things have a way of presenting themselves at the right time ☺️

@@JungleJourney Hi, & Thank you! Yes we are pretty excited. We get the keys tomorrow and will be vlogging it all for those who follow us. It sure has been quite the journey. Our plans at first we were actually considering the OSA. It is absolutely breath taking there. The Scenery is like nothing else. But with the remoteness plus being 6 hr's from san Jose we decided probably would not be the best place. Actually to be honest Guanacaste was last on our list as far as settling. So yes just goes to show how things can change. We have travelled much of Costa Rica now. Not visited the Caribbean side yet but once we get our new rentals built we plan to visit next year. We visited Guanacaste back in early August and spent two weeks travelling the coast. This was when we fell in love. The beaches here are just beautiful , Samara we fell in love with and is a great beach for swimming and much safer than AROUND Domincal and Uvita area. Although again! The scenery there is absolutely beautiful. We likes that there IS not so much mountain driving and we are less than two hrs from Liberia airport so that was another plus also. If you have not yet visited Guanacaste come on over and check it out.
      Pura Vida! ;)

@@sinsski-puravida Wonderful plans and a wonderful story! Definitely will be enjoying following along on your journey ♥️ And perhaps I will get the chance to visit you one day 🙏🏼 I've been to Guanacaste back in 2016 but want to come see more places.
I haven't seen the Caribbean side yet either but its on my list, especially Cahuita and Puerto Viejo.
The nice thing about Osa is there are three small airports I can fly to San Jose from in about 30 or 40 minutes, Drake, Puerto Jimenez and Golfito. Tickets run from $80-100. Not bad considering the few times a year I may be going. But we will see. I agree, things change so if I fell in love with another part of the country I could change my mind 😀
Pura vida my friend! Hope to see you one of these days! Xo
