I like your helmet, sir. I’m into open face helmets, too and I thought my Daytona is low profile, but yours is the slimmest I’ve seen, I think. Looks cool! 👍🏻
They come from Brazil , I’ve had one since .. 2011 Joe king Helmets From Joe king speed shop .. I’m pretty sure They are illegal But I got wiped out at 50mph on my chopper , wearing my old white one last year and flipped 3 times each time landing on my head each time .. I must admit Life went into slow motion and my first thought was about forums I read once about Joe king helmets and haters saying if you crash it would shatter or split. Well it got scuffed up and battle scars but didn’t break or crack So I just ordered another . Just so comfortable ..
well, it looks that we did almost the same trip. I will start watching later at work, so I guess there will be more comments coming from me ;) Cheers mate
Hello there , I’ve watched your Iberian trip back when it came out , loved that one .. seen a few of your others over the years always great content . You’re a pro dude ! This was my first attempt at filming and editing I’ve loads to learn .. thanks for comment .
@@LeanIntoTheWind wish my first video was that good ;) I'll defo watch the whole trip. Interesting to see if and how was that different than our trip. Straight away I see that you were much faster in Italy which is good as the motorways there are nowhere that terrible as m25 indeed however I always wish to be on the other type of roads ;) Great to hear that you seen my Iberian videos. Let me know what you think about current one in Italy. Cheers
That's kind of you. We have just started your Italy travels. brilliant as always. Yeah we only 3 weeks and wanted to get to Sicily , so we pushed hard until Amalfi Coast .. then took it much easier. @@UncleLongbeard
What an amazing film, great vibes and awesome adventure. I’m planning a solo trip in the summer and finding this super inspiring. I’m hooked and looking forward to watching the rest. 👍
Many thanks .. this was the first time we’d ever used a GoPro or attempted editing , it’s been fun experience learning & great to capture a cool road trip , we didn’t know for sure we’d post it up or just show the kids . Good luck with your trip in the summer , solo trips are fun too .. I find them almost like meditation (not that I’ve ever meditated haha) but I just lose myself then realise how much of life I take for granted. . Which ends up me returning re thinking life a bit . Man that got heavy quick ! Anyhow dude , hope the trip you take is more than you think it will be .
@@LeanIntoTheWind ha yes exactly. I take a week away on the bike mid June before school holidays where the weather is good and roads quieter. A great chance to recharge. Would take my son with me but he’s too young still and don’t have space for a pillion with luggage. Your filming was perfect, captured the spirit and vibe perfectly, relaxed and not too serious. A great watch in the depths of winter
I am enjoying your video, thanks for sharing this. May copy your trip in June. Two years ago I rode to Lofoten Islands in Norway, from Portstewart N.Ireland. 4400 miles round trip. You would enjoy Scandinavia.
@@LeanIntoTheWind yes pal, I’ve started with your first one and working my way through to your current one. Hopefully should have all them smashed out by the end of this week 😁 I will knock up some question for you once I’m done, just basic stuff to answer slow time 👍
Cheers for the kind words .. so much footage to go through, these are cut down from 5 / 6 hours of footage… Fine line , keeping them interesting Hard to know what to cut , what to leave
@@onereallynicespeed Thanks for kind words , best wishes for Italy next year . We can’t wait to go back . Since then bought a go pro 11 as well .. since two cameras can capture so much more and make more interesting films ( we hope)
Just gotta watch the pot holes & not give a damn about politeness. The rules are there are no rules . You just go . But the bike never made that hard .. that’s just how it is .
