    And I have a question: the purple one in the tutorial, had diferent color after baking (obviously), but how to achive that color that you showing later. that vibrant purple?

    So many odd decisions. Why color the sugar? Why not make another purple pear to finish that line? Why aluminum foil, when baking parchment is so much easier to remove? Why break the chocolate up in such hideous pieces? Why such a messy knife/cutting board combo? Why not remove the seeds/stem? Why such poor lighting?
