      There is lot of good Techno tracks you could train greatly on.... techno isn’t Dance or House... listen to A*S*Y*S* (Acid save your soul) - Acid Nightmare ... ahah... fuckin good for workout

      Love it. You can use DBs but you lose the tension as you move past your head. Like John was showing, you can really force more tension into the lat as you pull the bar into your chest.

    Hey I dropped into this gym once on vacation to do a Mountain Dog workout, now the man himself is there! The owner was very proud of that pullover machine in the video.

    Machine pullover in my gym is rarely used. Me and maybe five other people. I remember in the 90s Dorian Yates saying, "start with nautilus pullover, finish with deadlifts/rackpulls."

    This Nautilius machine if you put a milk box under the weights you can now do triceps press down facing forward ( what a pump 1970 exercise

    Every gym should have a latpullover machine. It’s difficult to copy that movement with the db pullover or straight arm latpulldown. I like to do those to pre-exhaust the lats and after that straight to the latpulldown. Or do em as a superset with no rest. Works great.

      Absolutely correct, I love your comment.
      Also, many don't know that the concept that lottery money funds education is a lie. The states simply reduced the education line item in the general fund by the amount brought in by the lottery. Only Oklahoma made provisions to ensure the excess from lottery was actually an increase in education.

    Love those two triceps ropes rows I gotta try them! Buying two of those ropes and bringing them with me to the gym on account of they only have one has been one of the best thing I ever did lol. You can do so many things with them.

      You're too late. I bought it all. All the protein in the world ever made is sitting filled to the brim in my olympic size swimming pool. But you can come over and back your pick up truck next to it and I'll take the front end loader and will scoop ya out three yards worth, enough to get ya through the month hopefully

    Any these exercises? Use light weights go fir volume 15+. Back? Best to high reps focus on opening and contraction your last. Best back workout I ever saw huge results fast. Breast stroke swim laps in the pool at a moderate pace it will keep u from loosing gains and your back and chest will get massive PUMPS.

    Using an underhand grip on the pullover is more effective. Pull the bar all the way down to your stomach and squeeze the lats. If you can’t squeeze at the bottom your weight is too heavy.

    I wish my 24 Go gym had the lat pullover machine . It would be one of my favorites .For now i do dumbell pullovers and i get a good stretch and burn from it as well . But the lat pullover machine looks fun🙏

    That gym equipment is insane man, unfortunately we don´t have that here. Maybe I´ll visit that gym in FL sometime and also squeeze in a visit to the Everglades to indulge some of that extraordinary flora and fauna of that state.

      You can do dumbbell rows, bent over bar rows, set the pulley to just under chest high and do one arm pulls.

      I hear so much about music . Bring ur own. Also worry less about what’s going on around you and focus more on mind muscle connection. When you have a good connection nothing around you really matters. Or I guess we can blame a lack of focus on the music 🥴

    Hello John,
    How good is the pullover machine in terms of other back machines, next year I have the opportunity to get my own home gym garage budget of around 7k €, ive never been able to find one, at home I am mimicking it with a cable stack in my powerrack across from me and jamming my traps into a ssb, and just that already feels insanely good to the lats.

    Never done DB Pullovers, its pretty hard to do and I feel it mostly in my core/abs. Feel only slightly in lats. But I like it? What am I doing wrong though?
