June 21st, 2024 Chicken tractor & chicken tunnel were moved to fresh grass again 😍

Today the chicken tunnel & chicken tractor were moved again for the ladies. It definitely made a difference that the fresh grass was available for them in the heat. It was 91°F and the Cochins are definitely struggling most days over 90°. I usually give them a quick sprinkler dip on the feet and wet their run area down. They look more comfortable after that.
Last year the box fan really upset the ladies. This year, the Speckled girls are learning how it works. I often see them hang out near the sprinkler and then stand in front of the fan. 😆
