I'm in a terrible problem. I had just finished the front part of a crochet pillow all in puff stitch and it's so wide! I want to cut the fabric widthwise something as two puffs. Is it possible following your example of how you cut a large blanket in two? taking into account that the puff stitch is like little yarn balls.
Hi, I missed your question, sorry! I guess it would work with the puff stitch too. Maybe if you try it with the last puff stitch on the side? Then you know how much will come loose. Or maybe you could sew it with the right sizes onto a piece of felt or fabric first and cut it afterwards?
Hi, I'm not sure what you mean? You can crochet any edging you like. I would start with two single crochets in each opening, so around the double crochet stitch on the side. And after that you can make the edge as wide as you like.

with the ones you didn’t have to take apart, did you knot them? or if you cut them will they unravel if you don’t?
