Hello! Is fluvoxamine activating or sedating? Are you able to wake up early in the morning to go the university / to your job? How much do you sleep each night? I have been on Paxil for 5 years. Amazing drug, but too sedating. I tried Zoloft but it made me even more drowsy than paroxetine, even with a very low dose (perhaps because I am a poor CYP2C19 metabolizer). I would love to have your review on fluvoxamine's side effects.
@@vegetossgss1114 Hello, i found fluvoxamine to be sedating actually. It did help with my anxiety and compulsions, but it also numbed my emotions alot. And when i would wake up in the morning i would not feel rested. Now im on lexapro (escitalopram) and i must say it's the best med i've tried. I feel all my emotions, but the anxiety is alot less. Also i'm not that tired on lexapro. But everyone will react different to meds ofcourse. Best of luck to you.
@@goci-i4u Don't let doctors convince you to spend so much time waiting for this stuff to work. If you don't feel a difference within 6 weeks of starting a medication or upping the dosage then it's simply not working for you and you should probably switch to something else.
Hello! Is fluvoxamine activating or sedating? Are you able to wake up early in the morning to go the university / to your job? How much do you sleep each night? I have been on Paxil for 5 years. It’s good. It’s seen as somewhat atypical compared to the more conventional of the SSRIs but it may be uniquely effective for things like O.C.D. (a bit like clomipramine). The only downside is that it seems to sort of stop working well for a lot of people after the first handful of months. But when it does work it really works.
i just take these medicine yesterday and will continue on taking this medicine. i feel relax.. i can sleep better without think too much now. its hurt when i always think what's other think. i became an overthinker

I wouldn’t say fluvoxamine’s particularly sedating but generally doses of over 100 milligrams are divided, with the larger fraction of it being given at night (or whenever you need to sleep). It’s not a particularly activating drug.
What is the drug which works as an antagonist for fluvoxamine... ?
I have bad insomnia in the frst week taking this. hoping it will go away
Oh same! I just took it for the first time. Hopefully we’ll get some kind of help from it.
Im about to start it! Havent done well with lexapro, pristiq, or wellbutrin so im hoping for the best
@@chloeritchmond1934 I wish you the best :)

Can I ask for Mocloemide/Seleginile
They really need a TH-cam app for Indians.
It drops the need of the amount of oxygen. It relax the body, just as meditation.
Lmao no it doesn't
How to get rid of its effects... Please make a video on that also...
Reduce dose
2x water intake. Take with warm water.
What side-effects are you having?
