In cases of shoulder, hip and back issues, (post surgery, pre surgery where having it hang over is painful -shoulder). Sometimes also when a pillow is too hard is presses on the jaw and creates more problems for breathing.
Great illustration. So the key is, never sleep flat on your back Side position with a semi tilted neck rest is best And if you do sleep on your back, make sure your bet is tilted upward diagonal
He's likely at the clinic, and it was the law at one point, did you forget? If he doesn't want to lose his license to practice as a physical therapist, he has to follow the law.
i asked my wife to sew 4 tennis balls on my tshirts she threw me out of the house
She obviously wears the trousers in your home LOL
😂😂😂
Why did she throw you out of the house?

This was very helpful. I appreciate the way you explained everything and respectfully touched the patient.
I'm considering getting my slightly deviated septum operated to enhance nose breathing and reduce snoring
What’s the recommended sleep position for people who are sick and prone to waking up short of breath from closed up airway?
Try tilting position. Still researching more about it. It’s basically not on your back and neither on your side. Kinda in between
Side 100% avoid back
In my experience absolutely sit upright if you can. It was the only way for me to survive.
A closed airway is life threatening. Consider removing ALL diary from your diet. See a respiratory therapist, you may have asthma.
Trying to watch while falling asleep every 30 seconds lol
Why don't you add pressure point regions on the hands and upper chest to open airways?
can you talk more about the "bumpers" you mention in the video? Thank you.
This is all good and well, but what about us people who have to sleep on our back bc of physical limitations that cannot be overcome?
I think they say sleep on an incline like get a wedge pillow
Thank you! Why should side sleeping be avoided when possible?
