I figure you’re being a wise ass but incase this helps you or someone else. Professional artists often use plastic spoon while trying out new paint/effects or styles. The way the spoon concaves and converses show how light, shadow and curvature will effect the paint job. Very useful for holographic paints. You don’t ruin your project or waste a lot of paint by experimenting this way.
Lol this is the Most Intense Video I’ve ever seen [when it comes to painting]… but at least now I have a new method for painting my models, and I really like it
maybe a stupid question i have no airbrushing experience can the same effect be achieve in an off white/cream, also is it possible the have the black marbling come out in multiple colours? like with some gold and silver in the marbling? i'm not a model painter so i would be looking to go this on a flat surface.
Before polishing, could I wet sand up to 10k?Does it need to be washed after polishing? And if I apply decals should I apply a gloss coat before and after? Sorry for all the questions.
You should apply decals 1st and gloss coat it like 2-3 coats. Once fully cured wet sand and be careful not to destroy your applied decals(it must be fully covered by your gloss coat) Then after that you may apply polish

Hi sir! Great vid! Any tips? Yung primer and base coat ko is cured na. Pero nung sa silver paint na ako, kasamang natatanggal yung black at primer kapag tinatanggal ko yung wipes. Tinatanggal ko agad yung wipes after silver paint. All acrylic po ang gamit ko. Thanks sir!
Yeah removing while paint is still wet sounds like less of the wipe would be stuck to what your painting then if you waited for it to dry, great question brother I would have waited till it dried🤦🏽♂️🤭
You can also create a forged carbon effect pretty much with the same technique!
Interesting. I haven’t seen this method before. I’ve done it using Saran wrap. Definitely going to try this. Thanks.
Lot of work for a damn plastic spoon very nice

Dang, thats a pretty spoon!
awesome video, thank you for sharing your technique...
Thanks!
Awesome job 👍 kinda waiting for the spoon to break tho lol 😁
Would adding a final top gloss coat after all of the polish ruin it or will it protect the polishing work?
You would have to polish it again

Kiko Jhokho thank you very much. Does it matter how high of sandpaper to wet sand or should I never go above a certain amount?
The higher the grit the better. Start from 2000 grit or above
Kiko Jhokho appreciate the help.

Main reason is that hindi pa fully cured yung primer at based black mo when you apply silver. Or yung silver paint mo is lacquer. Dapat acrylic din
Very nice! What I'm trying to figure out though for a current project, is how to do a good white marble. Any tips or ideas on that?
Q? Could a lightning effect be made with this style of painting?
It can, just try to create more open areas!
Wow ! Great tutorial video :)

Hi, did u wait for the paint to dry before you removed the wipes?
Nope, you can removed the wipes right after paint application

Kuya Kiks. Tinatopcoat mo pa yan or Wax na talaga yung huli?
Nope. Wax yung final process.
Sanding grid……? 12000?
Bro i need your music list in this video, please
I think there’s no problem with that. All up to you what kind of texture you want.
UwU
If you use plastic wrap you dont have to remove excess tissue
