- So I’m really happy with my recent purchase at Shopee and I’ve decided to make a short vlog about it! It's just a simple video since I only have a limited time for taking breaks but I hope you'll like it still.

Hello! I have the same one but after a few days not using, it doesn't want to connect ! I unpaired it to my tablet etc and now it is unable to let me enter the pin. It turns on fine but when I enter the pin to connect, its like the keyboard doesn't work do you know how to fix this?

I turn on but there is no light indicator on power and bluetooth . I think it's out of battery then I charge it . the light on charge is red but I wait for many hours but the red light doesn't stop. I try turn on again but fail. Could you help me to explain.

i bought same keyboard i already figured out how to use the key shortcuts but my problem is the caps lock is not working though nailaw naman siya kaso hindi lang talaga naga. ang kapital letters kahhit shift di naubra sakin

Hi!Can i ask if you connect with Bluetooth do you need to connect with it everytime you need to use it or only once?(also can other devices connect without permission since i will use it in my class my friend probably gonna interupt me by connecting the keyboard lol)
Hi! You can only connect it with one device at a time. And every time you use that device, you don’t need to reconnect it since it will automatically connect you to your device once you slide the switch to ON. But if you want to connect it to other device, let’s say aside from your laptop, you might need to disconnect it from your laptop first before connecting it to your other device 😊

Hi! Unfortunately there is no indication light if it’s already drained. But I regularly charge mine every 2 weeks to make sure I won’t be draining it. When it’s charging, there’s a red light indication and when it is full, the red light will be gone.

Mine is dead :( It worked for 5 days and after that its connectivity light dont turns ON. Just the charging light (RED) turns ON.
Oh that’s sad to hear. Maybe you can report it to the seller and maybe get a refund cause mine is still working fine after several months

It's kinda lagging sometimes specially when I'm using it on tab. However, it works well on my laptop, so yeah you can type fast using laptop. And it's 10 inches btw
