I turn on but there is no light indicator on power and bluetooth . I think it's out of battery then I charge it . the light on charge is red but I wait for many hours but the red light doesn't stop. I try turn on again but fail. Could you help me to explain.
hi! i don't have but you can connect it by opening the bluetooth connection in your laptop --> add device --> then click the keyboard's desplay name As for the keyboard, make sure it's not connected to other device. Switch it on --> press command key + W button --> press connect button (beside on/off switch) for 1 second
It's kinda lagging sometimes specially when I'm using it on tab. However, it works well on my laptop, so yeah you can type fast using laptop. And it's 10 inches btw

Hi! You can only connect it with one device at a time. And every time you use that device, you don’t need to reconnect it since it will automatically connect you to your device once you slide the switch to ON. But if you want to connect it to other device, let’s say aside from your laptop, you might need to disconnect it from your laptop first before connecting it to your other device 😊

Hi! If you have a very similar keyboard like mine, you just need to press shift + comma/quotation mark key. If you want other characters, then you need to add shift key + number key

@@한지효선배님 maybe the setting of your bluetooth is different. But mine's easy to connect. I just go to setting - bluetooth - add bluetooth device then look for the keyboard. For the keyboard, I turn it on - press the connect button beside on/off switch until the blue light flashes then press ctrl + windows key (letter W on the keyboard). That's it

Mine is dead :( It worked for 5 days and after that its connectivity light dont turns ON. Just the charging light (RED) turns ON.
